First of all, pricing. I probably received over a dozen phone calls to book the car in for a service. About six of them were AFTER I had booked. The pricing was never the same; I ended up booking online for about £100 cheaper.
Dropped the car off at 9am. Not heard anything by 3 pm, so I rang the dealership to be told I could come and collect. Found our car outside in the rain, not in the tunnel with the other cleaned, serviced cars. Our car had not been washed or cleaned. Not what I expected from MD charging over £200+ph labour.
This is only one instance of a series of problems I have had with this JLR showroom in Chester, starting with being told the car I bought from them had features on it which then turned out it didn't. Very disappointing!
If I had one small suggestion, it would be about the valet on our Land Rover this time around. Unfortunately, the cleaning felt a bit rushed, with several patches and areas missed entirely.
That said, everything else was top-notch as usual
