Wonderful service from Rebecca & Aaron. My only criticism is that when I booked online, the system didn't take into account the fact this was a major service for my car. This led to a re-booking last minute at a later date. Please, if you are going to use an online booking system to make life easier for everyone, please make sure it takes things like service duration into account. Many thanks once again.

Firstly, when I telephoned your service department two months ago, I asked could I just pick up the recall item from you, but your operstive said no, that I would need to bring the vehicle in, as they had to fit it. I explained that we have our own garage with qualified mechanics and they still said no, I had to bring it in to your premises and leave the vehicle with them. Secondly, I called the week before last to book it in for last week and again I asked could we just not collect the item and fit it ourselves and again I was told no, but we wouldn't have to leave the vehicle with them this time, as they would fit it while well low & behold, when I went to your premises, I was just given the item to fit ourselves at home!! Seems like the lft hand does not know what the right one is doing. Totally waisted our time. 3 hour round trip and my charging rate is: £360 an hour, absolute Morons, you could have posted the item to us! P.S Your receptionist that dealt with me, was very understanding and helpful, but no doubt her hands were tied with regard to this absolute debacle. By the way, I have owned 56 Range Rovers, but my experience with main dealers have all been relatively the same, rubbish! I currently own (amongst other vehicles), a LWB full fat Range Rover, but it will be my last. Thank you.

NOT VERY HAPPY VEHICLE SAYS ON DASH (INSPECTION AND SERVICE REQUIRED) THEY HAVE NOT RE SET IT ALSO I HAVE BEEN ON THE CHAT ON YOUR WEB SITE AND ASKED FOR A COPY OFF SERVICE REPORT AND TOLD THEM ABOUT NOT RE SETTING AND TWICE THEY HAVE SAID THEY WOULD SORT OUT BUT NO ONE HAS CALLED ME OR EMAILED ME SO NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE AT ALL.

There’s a very basic disconnect in your customer comms. Nothing at all wrong with competence of engineers or service provided by staff, but the information doesn’t get shared at right time with right people. Last time I was in you didn’t carry out the service I booked as you thought it was just a MOt. This time, you didn’t let team know I was waiting upstairs so Inwaited 2 hours longer than required.
