Feel I only receive updates when I call myself or send an email complaint, and even then I’m getting no real indication of when vehicle will be ready
That aside, everything else was great and Rebecca was very helpful indeed.
Only problem is with the iPhone app because the vehicle has gone to sleep, I am waiting for an appointment with their technician.
Also they have my old XF, awaiting engine management repairs under its extended warranty.
As I intend to offer this as part exchange for my EPace I am prepared to be patient about this.
