Only down side was that despite being asked if we wanted the car cleaned to which I said yes and recording this on the work sheet, this was not completed.
Check in at Derby was smooth and easy. Staff were polite and efficient. Car hire pickup was well managed and easy.
Vehicle collection after the service was efficient and quick.
My only gripe is the extortionate cost for a simple oil change and diagnostic service. £699 is far to much for the work done
