Grace Cooper looked after me and performed exceptionally well. She was friendly, professional and communicated very well. An excellent people person.
Also special recognition to Chloe. There was a problem with my booking which was originally on the 14th Feb (some behind the scenes computer program which claimed my car was booked in when in fact it wasn't) but Chloe solved the problem and got me booked in quickly. She managed the situation brilliantly with patience and reassurance.
The car was returned to me in immaculate condition.. felt new!
Overall massive thumbs up from this end.
The car now is back to its original condition.
At the same time discussed with Aaron an offer to buy my car from Group 1. He took pains and time to check over the vehicle and come back with a price for me to consider. Given that I live at some distance from Derby this was a very useful multi-task day.
