The young man who served me was really friendly and dealt with everything very quickly. My concern with this visit is that I was promised my car would be washed and vacuumed- it wasn’t and I would receive a health check - I didn’t. The worst thing is the parking and just moving your car around the car park without hitting someone else!
I do think it’s a real shame the branch is being closed down they have some great members of the team there.

Awful customer service, awful communication, awful service work. I recently purchased a range Rover from this branch. A few jobs were supposed to be done before collecting my vehicle a week later, but none of these had been done. They even replaced the wrong speaker. I then dropped my car off with them for eight days to do these jobs. In that time, they only spent the last two days looking at my vehicle. They have attempted a paint job on the A post of my car twice. Both times it has reacted. Clearly the detailer has no idea what he’s doing. He’s even left the frog tape on the door!! (Supposedly cleaned the car too - you’ll see the polish marks all over the windows and doors) I drove an hour and a half to pick my car up after being told it was ready, to be rang 10 minutes before arriving to turn round go home as the paint had reacted again on “final inspection” so they would contact me the following day. They are also unable to change the speaker because it needs a door card which they now can’t do in time of the branch closing and have done nothing to replace the range Rover badge which is a five minute job when you buy new lettering. I’ve been lied to numerous times throughout the week. Poor communication throughout. Spent the whole week chasing them. I’ve now removed my vehicle from them as I no longer have any trust in them & will await to speak to head office. I would never use this branch again for anything. Once they have your sale they don’t care. Avoid at all costs.

Whilst Reece, on the Service front desk, was very professional and helpful I was disappointed that when I finally got the car back the new tyre that had been fitted, and the wheel itself, were in a mess. I discovered this when I got home, so spent time cleaning it myself.
Also, having picked up the car on Friday, I had an engine failure on Monday: flexible tube on engine came away and sadly it seems some other failure caused the car to explode and catch fire. So the car, has been declared a right off.
I am waiting on the insurance company report.

I took my car for a service on the 19th March they got me a hire car returned the hire car and picked mine up on the 20th I paid for the service came home about a week later I got a email from enterprise to say there was some damage to the car and to pay the damage of the hire car which was 500 pounds there was no damage when I left it they didn't pick the car up till 2 days later what happened to that car in that time I don't know tried to contact the group 1 manager can not get any response at all looks like I have to pay the bill never use them again please be careful

Vehicle was booked in for a steering rack under warranty. The vehicle was with you for 3 weeks with not much communication and we had to keep chasing for updates. Kept being told you cant get the parts. I checked with Land Rover and the part was in stock. This caused delays and my customer had to keep my loan car that meant we had to cancel and rebook work. Will defiantly not be using any of group1 again and certainly wont be recommending.

I asked them to look at and fix my drivers side washer jet but they didn’t and said they didn’t have time and thought a waste of time stripping down as he hadn’t ordered the part. When I tried to phone the service department I couldn’t get through and the receptionist didn’t understand what I was talking about and wouldn’t put me through.
I was supposed to get a quote Friday teatime for the work to the washer jet but still haven’t.
Really frustrating!

Dropping off my car and handover at the dealership was great. My issue is with the health check. The technician identified coolant leaking from the coolant pipe leading out of the auxiliary pump. When I was contacted to pick up my car no mention was made of this issue unt I raised it. Which concerns me. I then received a quote for repair totalling £608.71, which I thought was exorbitant. The next day I went to a Land Rover approved garage for a second opinion and was told that the screw of the top of the hose was loose which may have been the cause of the leak. They tightened it and topped up my coolant charging me only £11! I have driven since and there is no sign of a leak! I find this experience alarming. The actual service of my vehicle was fine and I was quite happy with that part.
