⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service – Stephen at Jaguar Land Rover Staples Corner Having been coming to Jaguar Land Rover at Staples Corner for some time now, I feel it’s only right to take a moment to recognise someone who truly makes a difference: Stephen at reception. Same goes for Sam and Ian in services for their understanding, accommodation and great service. We often talk about the vehicles, the Jaguar, the Land Rover, and of course, the Defender, which is doing exceptionally well. But today, I want to shine the spotlight on Stephen and the outstanding service he provides. From the warm welcome and genuine kindness to his attention to detail and the personal care he gives every customer, Stephen is simply exceptional. He is approachable, down-to-earth, professional, and genuinely makes you feel valued. His hospitality and willingness to help make every visit a pleasure. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s people like Stephen who build trust and loyalty. Although this branch is also conveniently located for us, the quality of service we receive is a big reason why we continue to choose Staples Corner over other locations. A big thank you to Stephen for consistently going above and beyond. Jaguar Land Rover, you have a real asset in him, and I hope his dedication and hard work receive the recognition they deserve. And of course, congratulations on the continued success of the Defender! We’re very much fans of the Range Rover Sport, and hopefully that will be our choice for our next purchase. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great experience with Group 1 Auto in North West London. Had my Range Rover serviced recently and was really pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and overall customer service. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, with a friendly and helpful team throughout. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. I was told by the customer service adviser that I would receive a call or quotation for the tyres and service plan, but I received neither a call nor an email. As a result, I had to check the options myself and arrange the tyres through a third party. I also left a message asking to be contacted once the work was completed so I could arrange collection of the car, but again, I received no call or update. I have had to repeatedly chase the matter myself. Unfortunately, whenever I visit or contact you, I am told that someone will look after it, but there appears to be very little actual follow-up or care. This level of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. I would appreciate it if someone could take ownership of my case, contact me promptly, and provide a clear update rather than leaving me to chase everything myself. I hope this can be addressed properly and that the level of customer service improves going forward.
