On this occasion, I dropped my car off at 8.30am for a service and said I would need to pick up at 4, to which I was told would be fine. I was waiting until 5pm for my car. I was then told it was delayed due to people being off sick, but someone could have told me that earlier so I didn't have to wait around. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and very uncomfortable so not an ideal situation. When I got my car back, it still had soap all over it too.
Its always the same though.

Only thing is I am surprised that Jaguar do not take American Express !
When I arrived at the dealership in Norwich, was told it was £195 per issue unless linked.
Decided to pay for diagnosis of one issue. I dropped the car off at 8am and was called just before 5 to say only 0.4 hours used but no time to use the rest of the hour for the other issues.
Told I can bring it back to diagnose the others (at £195 per hour for each).
