Dropped car in Tuesday 2nd Dec (no courtesy car btw). At end of day car had serviced but heating had not been fixed as the part (high voltage heater) needed to be ordered. I asked the gentleman who brought me the car to give me some indication of when the part would be in so I could plan accordingly. Gentleman said someone would be in contact with me shortly.
By Fri 5th Dec I had not been contacted regarding the ETA on the heating so I phoned Norwich group 1 and was told the gentleman dealing with part was not at his desk but they would leave a message for him to get back to me. As of today (Mon 8th Dec) I have still not been contacted and have no idea when my cars heater might be fixed.,
The customer service has been shoddy and disrespectful. I'd also like to add that this is the second brand new iPace I've owned where the high voltage heater has failed within two years which is absolutely shocking to me. I now know this is a notorious weak spot with the iPace, as presumably do your engineers. Regrettably, I think this is the last time I'll be choosing Jaguar.
