Booked my evoque in for its first mot, competitive price, full video health check on completion and a car wash before the vehicle was handed back.
I waited for the MOT to be completed, in the pleasant, customer waiting area, having been greeted by the always super friendly staff in the customer bays
all in all great service, thank you 🙏🏾

I recently had 4 new tyres fitted at Group 1 Preston. At first they weren't expecting me as they had mixed up the booking. Although they got my car straight in the garage nonetheless. Fifi dealt with me personally at the dealership, she was very friendly and helpful. Dave, the tyre specialist was also very helpful and very knowledgeable with explaining the technical aspects regarding tyre condition and alignment etc. The dealership itself is very pleasant, comfortable and the complimentary coffee was excellent! I Highly recommend Group 1 Jaguar Land Rover.

The whole experience has been so poor, car delivery started with the brand new car damaged and now several recalls for a car of two years of age. The service centre is very poor and cancelled appointments for recalls the day before and now the car has come back in a worse state than when it went in. Had to be recovered back and they even said we would be charged for it. Terrible customer service throughout and so disappointing for a prestigious brand.

We have received the vehicle back from your care in a worse condition than it was. The vehicle was back for yet another recall and we were assured it was operating perfectly. It started playing up driving back from the garage and the engine management light came on and we had to call recovery put. We are now having to get it recovered back to you as they advised it was misfiring which was not an issue until the recall was done. The service centre reception team need to take customer concerns seriously our vehicles are not a joke. Parts were not delivered despite the vehicle being booked in a month in advance. And they are asking us to consider our next car with them when the current one has been so very poor. Customer service has been nothing like expected from a JLR dealership.

I have been a loyal Range Rover customer for the past 14 years, and I have always valued the brand for its quality and prestige. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your Preston service center was deeply disappointing and completely unacceptable.
During my last service, I was spoken to in a disrespectful and rude manner by the service manager. The tone and attitude displayed were not only unprofessional but left me feeling upset and undervalued as a long-standing customer. This is not the level of service I expect from a premium brand like Range Rover.
To make matters worse, even after raising my concerns and meeting with the customer service manager, I have yet to receive any follow-up or explanation as to why I was treated this way. The lack of communication and accountability has only reinforced how poor the customer experience was.
As a result of this incident, I have lost confidence in both the dealership and the brand. I will never purchase another Range Rover again, and I will be sharing my experience with others to ensure they are aware of the decline in customer care.
I strongly urge you to review your service standards and address this issue seriously. No customer should ever be made to feel the way I did.

The service on the day was very good. The run up to it, not so much.
There was a massive delay in getting a date for the work, I was given completely wrong information by one of the advisors.
In the end, I got a different advisor and everything went smoothly. The only other issue was wait time to get an appointment.
