I was called by JLR in Chester prior to my visit to explain the process which was good. When I arrived I was met by lovely staff and processed quickly then I walked into the city centre to shop and enjoy. I was called about 2pm when my car was ready to collect. Again met by the staff and handed back my car which was washed and hoovered! Absolutely brilliant team. Thank you 🤩
