It feels as though the sale was rushed. When I first enquired about the car, I was receiving calls two to three times a day. However, once I decided to use my own finance company, everything changed. Now, when I have questions or concerns about the car, I’m told that people are on annual leave or too busy to arrange a call back.
Although the car is HPI clear, the rear doors are not aligned correctly. I raised this concern on the day I collected the car, almost two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve been told I may have to wait until January at the earliest, despite being described as a “VIP aftersales customer.”
I’ve sent multiple emails and received no response. There are also features that were meant to come with the car that I didn’t receive.
