The Team at Landrover KL did me proud, grateful thanks especially to Richard Bertauche who always goes above and beyond, I bought my first (of many) Land Rover through Richard many many years ago and I mainly stay because the service he provides to all your customers is above and beyond, he is a credit to you I just hope you realise how good he is. Also thanks to William Harris, Reece, as well as the Service Manager, technicians who worked on my car and Andie and Debbie on reception they are all stars. However, sadly the brand reliability overall is not good, I absolutely love my RRS but am under great pressure from my husband to change back to boring old Mercedes as I have had reliability problems over the years so come on Group 1 let’s make Land Rover the very best brand with the very best service in the country. Thank you

Very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Was offered a drink and biscuit while we waited and we got the chance to walk around other cars.

We went to look at a Landrover Discovery just to see if we liked it & were going to purchase one at a later date.. However, we met Heidi one of the sales team. She helped us through the finance, choosing a vehicle to suit our specific needs in what we wanted. She was exceptional in her professionalism & friendly manner. . There were a couple of hiccups along the way but Heidi kept us informed which encouraged us to continue in the purchase of the vehicle. We would recommend going to Kings Lynn as they have all been fantastic. The car we bought is exactly what we wanted & the condition is perfect.

I had a great experience purchasing my car from Group 1 Land Rover King's Lynn. Ken was excellent throughout the process — he really listened to what I wanted, was attentive, and incredibly patient, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and pressure-free. On the day of collection, everything was completely hassle-free. I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming receptionist, and the vehicle handover was smooth and well explained. Overall, a very positive experience and great customer service from start to finish.

Booked my Epace in for service, easy over phone. A few days later I received a phone call to confirm I was going. Only to be told that it was in for a 80+ thousand mile service. As my Epace has only done 16 thousand miles. Apparently they had got my previous Fpace details mixed up. Other than that talking to the service engineer when I picked it up was very polite and answered my questions with confidence.

Kings Lynn were excellent …my only observation would be to improve communication when a call back is required and trying to speak to the service desk.
Lead time to getting job done was excellent ..
I contacted your chatbox about lead times at Norwich & KL and only just received a call today from Norwich about the issue.
Clearly quite hopeless organisation as KL have already completed the work last week.Group1 needs to improve Customer Serv.
