I was greeted by the sales manager on the floor who then respectfully found me a sales advisor -Dom - who went above and beyond to find me the right car. Even when I thought I’d found the right car I had it in the back of my mind I still wanted a different one, at which point Dom went out of his way to find me the original choice to sit in just for my peace of mind that I was making the right decision.
I visited Group 1 Land Rover Preston multiple times before collecting the car, the ladies on the desk always offering drinks and multiple sales advisors asking if there was anything they could help with. Niall (another sales advisor) was particularly helpful discussing the benefits to the car and the mechanics behind it whilst Dom was with another client. The team really helped to make the process of buying a new car (especially one I didn’t know I wanted) effortless.
