Lexus RZ recall, courtesy car provided, good communication.
Cleaning of RZ not particularly good, left streaky, had to be cleaned again when we got home.
Overall as usual very good, service department excellent

My car had its full service done with the usual Lexus super service. I dropped it off at 08:30, checked in, and my car was ready only 2 hours later and that includes a vacuum and car wash.
Superb service as per normal

Excellent, there was an issue with Arval approving the MOT (an issue their end) but it was dealt with by the team. I worked in one of the offices whilst i waited, which was perfect.
