We picked up our new RZ500 on Monday and I thought So far I have been dealing with a premium brand and I expected the same from the service, unfortunately I was disappointed, the car was waiting for us, It was obvious that it had been washed, but there were visible streaks, and in addition, the man who gave us the keys must have polished the bumper because there were traces of leaks, but the worst thing was the approach of this gentleman, zero professionalism, he explained practically nothing, especially since it is not a normal car and there are people like my wife who have no idea about cars like this, he just gave us the keys, showed us the cables and where to charge, that's all, he looked like he was angry that we even came. I buy a new car every three years, for now it was worst experience of picking up a new car.

Fantastic experience at Lexus Derby. I got a good part exchange valuation and the car I was buying was a good price. The salesman Will wasn't in the least bit pushy, and I was made to feel a valued customer.

Lexus Derby could not do anymore for me to make my experience with them any better. From arriving to leaving, I was made to feel I was the most important person in the showroom. Every member of the staff make sure you are looked after offering coffee and biscuits while you wait, always coming back to you every few minutes to make sure all is well. When I get my car back, it always looks better than when I dropped it off and reception run me through what has been completed and what may need attention in the future. I am then taken right to my car, no hunting around in the car park which I think is a nice touch. I would highly recommend Derby Lexus to anyone contemplating buying a Lexus vehicle.

I brought my car in for its MOT and waited in the dealership. I was well looked after by James on Service Reception and Karen on reception - coffee and biscuits a plenty! My car was fine and was cleaned both inside and out! I received a video of the engineer carrying out my MOT giving details of the components, etc.
