Lexus Derby

I bought my car from Lexus Derby and, at the time, I had the option of having the car delivered to a dealership closer to me in London. However, I was contacted by the team at Lexus Derby and was assured that I would not regret buying directly from them, particularly because of the level of support and aftercare I would receive. Promises like this can sometimes just sound like part of the sales process, but in this case they genuinely stood by their word. The car itself has been very reliable, but on the few occasions I have needed their help, the aftercare has been excellent. For example, there was a dent on the rear of the car and they took full responsibility and arranged for it to be repaired straight away, without any hassle. More recently, I travelled from London to have an issue with one of the wheels checked under warranty. They identified the problem, but rather than simply dealing with that one issue, the technicians also carried out a visual inspection of the rest of the car to make sure there was nothing else that needed attention. I really appreciated them taking the extra time to do that, particularly knowing how far I had travelled. A special thank you to Owen, who was my salesperson and made sure the whole buying process went as smoothly as possible, and to Victoria, who has been fantastic in arranging everything on the aftercare side. I would also like to thank the technicians, who were extremely helpful, friendly and thorough. Overall, I have been very impressed with Lexus Derby, particularly with their after-sales support. They have genuinely backed up the promises they made when I purchased the car, and I would happily recommend them.

Could not have asked for a better experience buying a car at Lexus Derby. Will was absolutely incredible and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The whole team i interacted with made me feel so welcome and the experience was so easy, especially compared to other dealers i had visited previously. It didn’t feel like it was just another sale for Lexus, i was looked after so well and I’m absolutely in love with my car!

Whilst there have been some issues with delays for the delivery of my vehicle, accessories not fitted pre-delivery, only one key & one of the accessories not able to fit for some time to come it has not been a smooth process. So why 5 stars? Your salesman Will has been excellent with his contract, updates, willingness to go the extra mile coming in on his day off to try & give me as fast a turnaround as possible due to the issues along the way. Please know that Will is an amazing salesman (And I have met many) he should be congratulated on his work. Thanks Will

Really enjoyed the relaxed environment ,Coffee and biscuits were excellent, most of all, really friendly staff, now enjoying our first Lexus.

Sales representative Owen Mangham was very professional, polite and helpful. He guided us through the purchasing process, clearly explaining options available on the car. The reception staff were also very polite, with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. On collection of our new Lexus RZ Owen took his time to explain the controls and features of the vehicle in a relaxed and easy to understand way. Highly recommended
