Good friend of mine on my recommendation (as a Toyota owner) bought a used approved Lexus CT200h from this Lexus Dealer in Derby(and drove over 100 miles to collect )Big Mistake. Despite the car being "approved used" and covered by the 12month warranty and Lexus multi point check, it developed a couple of faults within a few months and less than a thousand miles of use. Despite emails being sent , three was no reply. The local lexus dealer in Bristol tried in vain to get the faults acknowledged by Lexus Derby. The faults related to the infotainment system and the car had a water leak. My friends car has still not been repaired . Lexus quoted over £2000 . Shocking from Lexus Derby

Avoid this Lexus dealership at all cost. I bought a Lexus CT200 with a “comprehensive Lexus warranty “, and a so called pre delivery inspection. I drove over 100 miles from home to collect this car. Driving home warning lights appeared on the dashboard, and there was exterior trim missing . Then the infotainment system failed and water ingress was identified by my local Lexus dealership. Lexus Derby ignored any and all communication and refused to correct/replace the faulty radio/sat nav. Instead quoted >£2400. I had only had the car a few months and covers less than 800 miles. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP . The 12 month was pointless in my case.
