Being a company lease vehicle user I often find it frustrating time consuming and constantly pushed back. BUT not at me experience in Lexus Derby it has a friendly and family feel to the place with everyone being so polite. Victoria was great she sorted all queries with the lease company and kept me informed. Extremely good 1st experience here.

I live in Nottingham and come out of my way to service my car at the Derby branch as it's just better. I service my car roughly every 3-4 month due to milage and they always give me a private space to work from as my car is getting serviced. James at the service desk is extremely professional and keen to resolve any issues both on the day and after. Highlight not just for the Lexus brand but across many of the other car brands I've used. Will continue to use for sure.

Had a service and MOT recently and as always the visit was a great pleasure. I end up servicing my car roughly every 3 months or so and they've always offered me a private space to work from as I waited for the car to be finished. Rarely do I ever leave feedback but James and the team at Lexus Derby treated me and my LS430 to the highest standards of customer service and workmanship. Despite some parts inconsistencies, James and the team focussed on making sure everything was done correctly with the correct parts and did their best to ensure the parts were ordered and delivered overnight, all of this communicated to me in a timely and consistent manner to minimise delays to the work being done. This isn't just standard customer service, it's a clear example of going above and beyond for the customer. Every time I visit I'm always greeted with a genuine welcome, will to help and immediately offered something to drink which I politely decline. I will be using Lexus Derby again, a special thank you to James and the team. I hope he and the team get recognised for this.
