Excellent, there was an issue with Arval approving the MOT (an issue their end) but it was dealt with by the team. I worked in one of the offices whilst i waited, which was perfect.

Richard’s help in selecting the car was really useful . My wife had been anxious about driving an automatic but was given clear instructions and demonstrated the benefits. That made a significant influence on our decision.

We picked up our new RZ500 on Monday and I thought So far I have been dealing with a premium brand and I expected the same from the service, unfortunately I was disappointed, the car was waiting for us, It was obvious that it had been washed, but there were visible streaks, and in addition, the man who gave us the keys must have polished the bumper because there were traces of leaks, but the worst thing was the approach of this gentleman, zero professionalism, he explained practically nothing, especially since it is not a normal car ( Not many people have any idea about the new EV cars) there are people like my wife who have no idea about cars like this, he just gave us the keys, showed us the cables and where to charge, that's all, he looked like he was angry that we even came. I buy a new car every three years, for now it was worst experience of picking up a new car. Update: After four days, today is Friday, the car won't start, I had to take the day off, and my wife, after a night shift, didn't sleep until 12 to arrange a replacement car. Today I'm taking the car to the dealer and I'm supposed to pick up the replacement car. I'm slowly regretting that I decided on this brand🤦

Bought the car unseen. Excellent service from Roger Baldwin, very professional video sent. All staff extremely helpful. Delivery experience was also faultless. I would highly recommend Lexus Derby.
