First time experiencing Lexus after care whilst having my ES serviced and MOT. Warmly greeted on arrival, offered drinks and dealt with quickly and efficiently. Courtesy car explaining to me before driving away. When collecting the car it had been valeted and parked right outside the door, so no wandering around the car park trying to find it!
Believe the hype, Lexus service is second to none.

Everything went according to plan. Welcomed by young lady at reception who offered us a drink. Victoria sorted out all details and helped us make an addition. Richard offered us a choice of transport while the service was being undertaken. Settled on a lift into Derby. Inspection video received. Car waiting, fully valeted, when we returned. Victoria gave us a comprehensive run down on service with recommended action. Altogether a very positive experience. Great to be back into pre-covid mode. Lexus at its best.

Smooth service from start to finish. Booked in on the phone and requested a loan car while the service and recall were undertaken. On arrival on the day I was greeted warmly by the staff. The loan car was waiting for me and I was escorted outside to the loan car to make sure that everything was fine.
I was messaged when the service was complete and when I picked up my car, all the results of the service were explained.
The complimentry wash and vacuum was a nice bonus and the car was immaculate inside and out.

At the Derby Lexus centre for the MOT on my RX450h and was well looked after by all the team there. While waiting for the MOT even had time to take out a Gen V RX450h+ unfortunately this SUV is too expensive and lacks the drama and feedback that I receive from my Gen 3.
