I recently visited the Lexus Derby main dealership to purchase a car and was looked after by Owen Mangham in sales. From our first conversation he was friendly, professional and never pushy. He explained all the options clearly, answered every question I had and made the whole process very straightforward and super fast. The car was presented in great condition and the handover was smooth and well organised. Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received from Owen and from Lexus Derby!

The service provided by the garage was excellent. I was even given a lift into town and back to do some Christmas shopping while the car was serviced and MOT'ed.
The staff were very friendly and explained everything really well and it was great to get a video of the checks too.

The whole experience with Lexus Derby and the salesman in particular (Will Harradine) has been excellent and don't think from seeing the car, to ordering the car at the end of July, to being kept informed on the build progress to taking delivery last Friday could have been improved upon.
