I missed seeing the person who had originally sold me the car (Ben Joannides) as he always took an interest and enquired about my experience with the car. It gave a sense of continuity. He has moved on.
So far Will has been in contact since we arrived home and answered the queries I have without making me feel stupid.
The handover was great and we loved the reveal and the explanation that followed. We felt it was a nice gesture to meet the Manager. We were made to feel special.
