Annual car MOT. Booked in advance, remote check in of vehicle and vehicle health check message received. All very easy and efficient. My service advisor, Analiese was very helpful, providing me with some quotations for extending my service plan agreement.

I have been a customer of this garage for over 15 years and, until recently, my experience has always been positive.
On this occasion, however, the experience fell below the standard I am accustomed to. I did not receive my usual MOT and service reminder and had to contact the garage myself to arrange an appointment. I was later informed that this was due to an issue with my email details. To clarify, my email address was not removed; however, the number “4” within the address appears to have been altered or removed, which prevented the reminders from reaching me. I was not informed of this change.
As a result, my MOT expired without my knowledge, which caused unnecessary stress and led to a warning from the DVLA.
Additionally, due to the distance between my home and the garage, I rely on the availability of a courtesy or loan car when leaving my vehicle for service. This has always been an important and consistent requirement for me.
I also raised a concern regarding a noise from the front tyre. Although I was advised that no issue could be found, the noise is still present.
I am providing this feedback in the hope that these points will be reviewed and addressed, as I value the relationship built over many years and would like to see the usual standard of service restored.

LBX booked in for complimentary winter + yet another recall (3rd) + fix on going problem of heavy condensations on windscreen which freezes in cold temperatures.
Communication appalling -length of time to answer phone is dire and getting through to appropriate person impossible.
Unable to give feed back on work done. Problem has not been fixed. Disgusting service

Harry has been great and helped to trade in my car for a different model. Really pleased with the proactive approach and smooth transaction. Highly recommend Lexus Guilford and Harry specifically. Update: Following on from the purchase I have noticed dirt/stains left in the car in hidden areas such as airvents/behind seats etc. This isn’t the standard of valet I expected from Lexus despite purchasing a used car. Hence my overall score is 4/5 and not 5/5 as initially stated.
