This is a very friendly, easy-going dealership. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient. Martin, from the sales team, had arranged for the selection of test drive cars to be available in advance of our visit and was knowledgeable about the model. The buying experience is pleasant as no hard sell tactics are employed, just a conversation outlining options for purchase and maintenance. This is the first time we have visited a Lexus dealership, and we were impressed not only with the quality of the product but also with the nice people and the experience they deliver.

Excellent service once again from Guildford Lexus.
Two tyres changed at a competitive price and a complimentary winter service check.
Car washed and vacuum cleaned.
All customer facing staff were very friendly and helpful especially Pearly.
A special mention to the guys cleaning the cars, as cars were filthy due to the awful weather.
