Car had MOT while I waited at Lexus Guildford. I was warmly greeted on arrival and offered coffee, but was then ignored for the next 2 hours. I had washed my car in the morning at home, but in spite of being asked whether I wanted my car washed and replying in the negative, I saw it being taken away for a wash after the MOT, which added about 30 minutes to the wait time. The agent then completed the paperwork, which I feel at least could have been done while the car was away, to save a bit of time.
Fortunately I brought noise cancelling headphones and a good book, because the poor staff had to listen to Christmas music on a radio station played through poor speakers all day, every day.
