Excellent customer service by Service Dept. Booking was easy. Service Advisor Mark was very helpful (as always) and my car was cleaned ready for collection as requested.

Very easy to book in service, very efficient drop off system and collection and was recieved back beautifully clean.

Friendly service. Fast, efficient, fixed the problem in the trunk and got me on the road, back at work

This experience has now been mired by the aftersales service. The service department kept my car for 2 weeks during which time I chased without success an update. I then had to complain to Lexus Head Office directly, which did get a response from the service manager to be told that no work had been undertaken during this period. Work has now been completed but no apology received for the bad service. I will never set foot in this dealership again and will never recommend to anyone. If you read other reviews there is a repeating pattern of appalling aftersales service at this dealership. This dealership is an embarrassment to the Lexus name and the values that hey hold. Update - after a formal complaint direct to Lexus, it is obvious they are on the dealership side and don’t give 2 hoots about the customer/ customer service. I have received better service in Burger King. PLEASE stay clear of this dealership. Another Update - After now having the car for a few more weeks, it is obvious that it never went through an inspection before being sold. A few more things not working that should have been picked up on inspection. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common thing with this dealer. Also I paid for ceramic protection, it was obvious that they never treated the car, which would explain why they didn’t supply the aftercare kit. I can not stress enough, PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALER, I have never experienced such bad service from a dealership, and they certainly should not be selling Lexus cars. After a few months of ownership, appalling service from Guildford branch, numerous issues since receiving back the vehicle, I have now got rid of it. Probably one of the worst mistakes of my life walking in to this dealership and receiving shocking poor service and a lemon of a car.

I am very disappointed with the full valet service that we paid £150 extra for when we had a car serviced and MOT. The car had bird poo on the roof and spider webs on the roof rack. This is not the service I expect from a Lexus dealership. When my husband rang Lexus Guildford to complain they did not pick up and when he finally got through they said a manager would call back. They never did.

It was nice to be able to have a fixed appointment time as opposed to taking vehicle in an.leaving it all day.

Everything went well, but it did take about 5 hours, which is a long time to kill.
