There are some however some points of feedback to improve the experience:
1. Avoid leaving the customer sat alone in the show room when looking at the car options, finance etc.
2. If expectations are set (e.g. I'll email you Monday), make sure a communication is sent on that day, even if just a holding message - I had to wait until Wednesday
3. Listen to the customer. I said my concern was not having a charger, was told information would be sent over, but I had to wait 10 days for the information to be sent through and when it was, the promotional codes provided did not work on the Hive site - I had to contact Hive myself to resolve
