As ever, Gemma Daly and her Service Team outshone themselves. We have owned Lexus vehicles for close to 15 years and as long as we get the Sales and Service experience that we have each time, we will not go anywhere else. Exceptional customer service from start to finish! I recently bought my car here and the entire experience was outstanding. A huge thank you to Harry, who went above and beyond to look after me. Harry Harris looked after me from start to finish and was genuinely helpful the whole way through — no pressure, no messing about, just clear answers whenever I had a question. He made the whole buying process an absolute breeze and kept me in the loop at every stage. Special mention to the hot chocolate and Biscoffs, which were a highlight of every visit. I’ll definitely be back for more of those (and for the car service, of course). If you’re looking at a Lexus, ask for Harry. Top service.

I had a very good experience with Lexus Guildford when I purchased my new Lexus. The salesperson (Rui) helped me throughout the process and made everything easy to understand. Rui made sure my concerns were addressed and the car was presented to me in excellent condition. I would certainly consider Lexus Guildford again and would recommend them to friends and family.

The team were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the brand. No pressure at all, they took the time to understand what I was looking for and answered every question with patience and expertise. The showroom itself is immaculate and the whole process was smooth, professional and efficient. You can really feel they care about customer experience, not just making a sale. Special thanks to the whole team for making it such a pleasant visit. I would highly recommend Lexus Guildford to anyone considering a Lexus - truly first-class service. Will definitely be coming back!

We bought our 3rd vehicle from Lexus Guildford this week. Molly Sloane was our sales advisor and we cannot recommend Molly highly enough. For someone who has only been working with Lexus Guildford for just a short time, Molly's overall knowledge was very impressive.
