“Very good service and a good range of cars available. I was able to get answers to all my questions eventually, but the overall process felt rushed. At times it didn’t feel like customers were fully valued. Time‑keeping and communication were variable, which may be due to high workload, but compared with other dealerships it felt less customer‑centred. Staff appeared to be managing multiple customers simultaneously rather than having dedicated time for each individual.

Would prefer a time slot either am or pm not a day written off. Also parking is atrocious at Guildford when dropping a car off. No designated places for servicing it’s scrabbling around trying to find a space. Otherwise car service was good and mot

Pearly Otton is a credit to the Guildford dealership. Excellent customer service skills, clear communication with a friendly manner. Her colleague who met us in the morning when we dropped off the car was also lovely.

Unexpected visit to the service department. As per all my previous visits the staff were very helpful and the problem dealt with very professionally.
My only problem was arranging to get the car to the dealership and collecting it as it was such short notice. Although on this occasion I was able to sort out a lift I wondered if you could have a standby vehicle or driver available should these unexpected problems occur.

My problem was sorted out and a new battery supplied under warranty. For a newish car say 8 months old it was an unusual experience to come home after a two week holiday to find the car would not start.
There was one issue not resolved which was that i asked for a quote for the car as I travel a lot and to come home each time to a failed battery is not what \i want from a car hence the thought that i might sell it and replce it with something more reliable. I was told that a quote would be emailed to me but I am still waiting for it!!!.J Bone
