I booked the appointment to view and test drive the car at the Lexus showroom in Leicester. Upon arrival I was greeted by Natasha Ray and taken through the features of the car and went out for a test drive. As a person who hasn't purchased from a dealership before I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that she possessed, every question regarding the features & operation was answered and demonstrated effectively. With the intention of buying the car Natasha was very professional and went through all of the extras & finance options. She has demonstrated fantastic customer service as well as exceptional product knowledge, I would recommend her unreservedly folks.

Warm and welcoming first impression.
Very helpful and knowledgable sales team. Darryl was our main contact, and he was at all times professional and attentive.
Lexus brand was not top of our original wish list, but we were won over.

Amazing guidance, support and in my case some hand holding as didnt have a clue with lexus but so happy with my purchase- David was great and you definitely would buy a used car from him ! Thank you to Shaun for being so patient- can see a lexus family shift !

From walking in and getting a huge smile and recognition from the receptionist to collecting my car at the end from Mubeena the service was great.
Its nice to know there is a comfy area to sit and work etc but for me it was a good opportunity to wander around the local shops... Recommendation for new tyres was actually a good price, I did get them cheaper but not by much so lesson learned for the future as it you remain competitive then why go elsewhere..
