Yes brilliant ,the cars are 1st class and the staff are definitely polite and more than helpful ,just got to wait till July now ,to get the rewards, it's going to be a long wait but it's going to be rewarding, A big thank you to everyone .

Viewed the Lexus RX 450h+ Premium Plus AK23 ENJ at Lexus Leicester. Jake was helpful throughout, but I was disappointed with the car itself and surprised it was being sold as Lexus SELECT Approved Used. It was advertised at 35,522 miles but was actually around 38,500 miles, had several areas of cosmetic damage, and had mismatched rear tyre brands which they didn’t seem concerned about. The biggest issue for me was the service history. The first 10k service was done at 16,028 miles, and the 20k/24-month service wasn’t carried out until 31,718 miles. For someone planning to keep the car long term, that matters. I also felt it could affect resale later on. We couldn’t agree a price that reflected the condition and history, so I walked away. Credit to Jake for being responsive and looking for alternatives, but overall this didn’t feel like the standard I’d expect from Lexus Approved Used.

We had a couple of test drives of the LBX before we put pen to paper and bought one. Hiten (Harry) guided us through the process and answered all of my (many) technical questions as we are new to hybrids (and Lexus).It was a very pleasing experience dealing with Hiten (patience of a saint with me) and the Leicester dealership. Love the car and know I can always pop in for any technical help (and of course coffee and biscuits!!). Thanks.

I’ve had a really positive experience dealing with Zainab at Lexus Leicester. Although my query is still being resolved and my car is due today, Zainab has been incredibly helpful, professional and attentive throughout. She has kept me updated, listened to my concerns and genuinely tried to help get everything sorted. It’s clear that she cares about her customers and wants to make sure things are handled properly. I really appreciate her communication and support, especially when I’ve been waiting for an important update. Hopefully everything is resolved smoothly today, but regardless, I wanted to recognise Zainab for the excellent customer service she has provided so far. A real credit to Lexus Leicester.

The only thing I would recommend if you buy a used car from this company is whatever they promise u get in writing. What is promised isn’t what you get!! We were left disappointed and stress from what should have been a very nice experience buy a luxury car from a reputable company.
