Easy to book service via the Lexus App. Welcomed in person/by name upon arrival at Dealership. Offered a side room to work from and access to refreshments and facilities if needed. Prompt service of vehicle (completed within the initial timeframe given). Post service I was given a detailed overview of the services/checks/work provided with contact details provided should I require any additional support in the future.

Came to Lexus Leicester earlier this week to
collect my father’s new car. Really pleased with the purchase, Natasha was really helpful and patient from the start when we came for a test drive. Overall a great service!

Great service from the service department as usual.
Just a little disappointed that during extreme heat we were not offered a drink whilst we waited fot the service to take place. We had to ask the receptionist if we could please have a drink.
We requested out car to be valued, we were advised that the business manager will either email us a valuation or call us as he was business with a customer. However, a week later still no valuation:(

As always everything was handled very professionally.
Also all done in the time agreed.
The staff are always very helpful in all respects.
The possible recall update was not ready at this time, which given the outdoor heat that day, did mean we could leave earlier!

Service done something of the car was left on passenger side door looked as if it was removed but not put back in place i have still not worked out where it is from

My car was booked for a service and MOT test using the online system on the drop off / pickup option.
I requested a pick up time and this was met spot on. Very courteous and excellent service all round.

The 10000 mile service was carried out on time with relevant information messaged to me. The car was returned clean and spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived at the dealership and offered refreshments.
Liam made the hand-over smooth, relaxed and straight forward after a very hectic and stressful train journey.
Due to train cancelations, this resulted in us arriving at closing time, but we were never made to feel that this was a problem, even though this meant Liam had to stay beyond his finishing time.
Liam has also been happy to answer any questions that have cropped up after sales.
We feel safe in the knowledge that this service will continue if required.
