after finding a vehicle online i contacted the dealership and jake contacted me and he was professional and courteous and listened to what i wanted then Chris phoned me with a one time offer but still decided to wait for new model to be released and then even though i decided not to buy jake still did a follow up call wishing me well but after speaking to other Toyota dealership about the expected release date for the new one i decided to buy the vehicle i emailed jake and even thought it was his day of he still contacted me and arrange for Chris to phone me so i could buy the vehicle he did not offer me the one time deal again but still decided to travel to Leicester to buy the vehicle of them rather then buying one local 5 ***** service

We have no regrets in choosing your dealership to buy our Lexus from, the booking to the collection service we have no complaints. The car is returned in splendid condition. We have no difficulty in explaining our problems and receive a prompt response to every query. Would recommend any one to buy a car from them with confidence.

I id not visit the dealership. Someone from the dealership collected the car from my home, and brought it back after it had been serviced.
I think you need to work on the quality of your communications. The email had links which did not appear, and this form does not allow me to click on the five stars which I would like to award the dealership!

Jonathon was very efficient and cheerful despite my (alleged) sense of humour.

My experience at Lexus Leicester was excellent from start to finish. Darryl kept me informed of the progress at each stage, upto collection of my car and beyond. Thankyou

They found that my tire had irregular wear off side rear during a service. A suitable replacement was not in stock. I needed to be in Bristol the following day for a meeting I had arranged where 16 people were arriving in the afternoon as my guests. They tried KwikFit within a 30 mile radius and no one had the tire. I tried Kwik Fit mobile and they couldnt help unti following Monday. The Service Lady (unfortunately I cant recall her name) was brilliant and got a tire in for the next morning and arranged to have it fitted as soon as it landed. I was in Bristol for 13h30 from Leicester. Saved me a lot of pain. All the front of house team at Lexus Leicester are superb!

Communications are good and although I feel that £600.00 is a hell of a lot for basically an oil-change, I do feel that the fact that the car has been 'checked' and the continuous warranty actually makes it worth the money.
