Lexus Leicester

Looked at a few different places before I found what I wanted, a RX 450h at Lexus Leicester. Low mileage exceptional condition, Arranged a test drive, liked the car decided to leave a refundable deposit so it couldn’t be sold before my wife saw it. She visited with me on Saturday, we decided we’d have the car at an agreed part exchange price for my old Lexus (this one’s my third and wouldn’t buy anything else). Jake sorted out all the paperwork, we had the ceramic coating done, picked the car up a few days later after they’d had the MOT and ceramic done. They even did the return of any refundable road tax for me. They’ve been excellent just like every Lexus dealer I’ve visited bar one. That one will remain nameless. Thanks Jake and the coffees excellent too.

Visited on the afternoon of 28th Sept, my wife wanted new NX - being month end I was literally forced into taking the car within 2 days - opening gambit from them…. 😂 I did say I’d like a deal put together - only if I agreed to taking it immediately - no chance to think about spending £60,000…… not even overnight to choose a colour…. And I had to take what they can’t sell….. What sort of an outfit is this? - and they wanted to force me to buy without asking my wife - the car was for her - scandalous. I know friends who bought from here - and they of same opinion - they don’t treat Asian customers well now, reception also rude saying just wait you can sit down till they want to talk to you please I’m no child - I asked for Harry (friends recommend)and got a young person who clearly is an apprentice….. Went to Coventry the next day and got amazing deal - and picked it up tomorrow - thank you Magda and Gary 🙏

Yes brilliant ,the cars are 1st class and the staff are definitely polite and more than helpful ,just got to wait till July now ,to get the rewards, it's going to be a long wait but it's going to be rewarding, A big thank you to everyone .

So basically purchased a car less than 12 months ago. Happy with the car salesman was more than helpful couldn't do enough. Bought in on the service plan as it made sence and had the ceramic coating as he said it protected me against stone chips light scratch and the weather, and had a 5 year protection. If anything was to go wrong it would be sorted. So saying I was the 1st owner out of the Lexus family though i was getting a nice clean car or if there was work carried out it would be carried out to the highest standards. Turns out the car has had some kind of accident or previous paintwork done to it and a very low standard. And just flaking off the bumper and wing. So approached Lexus Leicester about the problem got pass from pillar to post for a while had a email from Malcolm to drop it off. Turn up after travelling an hour to get there only to find out there was never an appointment in the 1st place had it rebooked again properly. Took it back done the bumper left the wing. Said I can pay a discounted price to get the wing done i reluctantly agreed to get the work done and pay 3+ weeks now no communication from Malcon apparently his emails plays up because this isn't the 1st time in fact this has happened 3 time now.?? I was travelling miles out of loyalty to give them my business turns out it counts for nothing. So no not recommending Lexus Leicester at the start to take my money yes , after service shocking. Not going to bother with them again rather pay full price And be treated a valued customer elsewhere. It's one thing to spend so much money on a car you like to find out it has a hidden past, then another when you get ignored and have to pay to get it put right.
