Due to concerns raised regarding my car leaking oil, I got the diagnostics booked. There was a charge of £125 for this diagnostics.The diagnostics report initially mentioned no major leaks identified , possible oil burning. As I have always had the car serviced at Lexus Nottingham, I refuted this finding about possible oil burning as this was never identified in the previous visit. After some discussions they finally agreed to withdraw this comment and didn’t charge for the service. Overall satisfied with the service. I have generally found Lexus Nottingham as a decent place to get your car sorted.

Fantastic from the start, arrived a little early. The weather wasn’t very nice pouring down with rain. The doors were locked and when the service guy saw me come to the doors he opened up and got me a coffee straight away, sat me down ran through what was gonna happen with the car and ask what time you wanted me to get it picked up, he rang me to told me he was ready for the 3 o’clock pick up. Coffey was waiting when I walked through the door and all the paperwork was handed over to me fantastic thank you very much indeed.
