Since buying the car it took four weeks to get it delivered followed by multiple phone calls made regarding it. Yes the issues with the cars appearance have been resolved to a satisfactory standards but the amount of work required did not align with the time it took to be ready. Furthermore the delivery was initially confused with collection only to be later cancelled anyway. Also the car was left filthy inside upon delivery with what I assume, chewing gum stuck in cup holder dirty interior. I was expecting much better experience and customer service from Lexus as this one was rather disappointing.

Wahidur was very supportive to me in this service and MOT. He was able to reassure me in regard to the work being carried out. The service manager rang to update me on a situation re dates of my MOT. This was reassuring and the video of the work carried out was useful.
Wahidur was polite and friendly and I would be happy to consult with him again.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent experience purchasing a vehicle from Toyota Group 1 Nottingham. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing from start to finish and has fallen significantly below the level of customer service I expected from a Toyota dealership. The main issue throughout the process has been a lack of communication. Telephone calls frequently went unanswered, and on several occasions I was promised a call back that never came. As a customer, I found myself constantly having to chase for updates rather than being kept informed about the progress of my purchase. I was also disappointed that my vehicle was not delivered on the agreed and booked delivery date. I had arranged my work commitments around the delivery and consequently lost a day's earnings waiting for a vehicle that never arrived. While delays can sometimes happen, the lack of communication surrounding the situation made the experience even more frustrating. In addition, I have since discovered that the vehicle has still not been transferred through the DVLA into the name of the new registered keeper. This is something I would have expected to be completed as part of the normal sales process and has only added to my concerns regarding the administration and attention to detail involved in my purchase. I also remain concerned that not all Toyota Approved Used checks and preparations appear to have been completed as expected. The Toyota Approved Used programme was an important factor in my decision to purchase the vehicle, and I expected the standards associated with that programme to be fully met. Even now, communication remains poor. I am still waiting for a proper introduction and handover of the vehicle, including guidance on its features and systems. This is something I would normally expect as part of the customer experience when purchasing a vehicle from a main dealer. The issues mentioned above represent only some of the problems I have experienced. There have been numerous other examples of poor follow-up, broken promises, and a general lack of customer care throughout the process. Overall, I feel let down by the service I have received from Toyota Group 1 Nottingham. Purchasing a vehicle should be an exciting and positive experience, but unfortunately this has been overshadowed by poor communication, administrative issues, and a lack of attention to the customer experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve the experience for future customers. At present, based on my own experience, I would find it difficult to recommend Toyota Group 1 Nottingham to friends, family, or colleagues.

I bought the car over the phone as I couldn’t mange to get down there to pick it up,Robbie was great and very professional and I couldn’t wait for it to be delivered,however when the driver delivered it to my house the boot didn’t open,and now o have to take it so Lexus garage in Leeds to get it fixed,it’s very frustrating as I need to license it as a taxi which is now going to take even longer.

Very welcoming and friendly, Shakeel was fantastic in the whole experience. I felt very comfortable and well informed, he was so patient with me as my test drive was my first time driving an automatic!! I didn’t feel any pressure to buy but fell in love with the car and felt I knew everything I needed to know. Everything felt personalised which I was thankful for as I visited other companies where the atmosphere was very different. Thank you Shakeel!
