We were picked up from the station as travelling from London and the car was covered with a large cloth and bow which was such a sweet gesture and makes such a different experience when picking up a new car. It felt like a present enough though I had paid for it 😆

My Lexus was due for its annual MOT test, which I booked by phone, as I wanted collection and delivery. Your advisor Paul could not have been more helpful, and made the booking process really easy. On the day, my car was collected, by your driver, who phoned me prior to his arrival. I later received a video health check, and, a call from Lexus, stating my car had passed its
MOT and would be returned later. All in all, I was very happy with Lexus Nottingham, and will definitely be using them again.

Only attended a recall but it took five hours. I was originally told it would take about an hour to 90 minutes. As such I said I would wait until it was ready. Big mistake

Service was excellent. Very helpful, good communication and much better than the last time. Explained the payment plan and took time to go through everything. Plus the work was completed quicker than expected which meant I could collect the car in my lunch hour rather than in rush hour!

Due to concerns raised regarding my car leaking oil, I got the diagnostics booked. There was a charge of £125 for this diagnostics.The diagnostics report initially mentioned no major leaks identified , possible oil burning. As I have always had the car serviced at Lexus Nottingham, I refuted this finding about possible oil burning as this was never identified in the previous visit. After some discussions they finally agreed to withdraw this comment and didn’t charge for the service. Overall satisfied with the service. I have generally found Lexus Nottingham as a decent place to get your car sorted.
