Our welcome was very efficiently dealt with - the courtesy car was available immediately, clean and with plenty of fuel for our needs. The showroom waiting area was welcoming. We were kept aware of the progress of our vehicle through every step of its stay and were so pleased that we could collect (our freshly washed!) vehicle an hour before it was scheduled. All in all a very good experience and excellent service.

I recently purchased a Lexus RC300h from Lexus Nottingham and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I’ve dealt with so-called “premium” brands like BMW, Audi and Mercedes-Benz in the past, and none of them come even close to the level of customer service I received here. While those brands like to talk about being premium, Lexus Nottingham actually delivers it. Robbie, who looked after me throughout the whole process, was outstanding. He was always available, answered every question without hesitation, and genuinely went above and beyond. No pressure, no sales tactics — just honest, professional service focused entirely on the customer. The attention to detail was on another level. They even kept their promise of having a bow on the car for collection, which completely made my day and shows how much they care about the experience, not just the sale. This is how a premium car buying experience should feel. BMW, Audi and Mercedes-Benz could seriously learn a thing or two from Lexus Nottingham. Highly recommended.

We were picked up from the station as travelling from London and the car was covered with a large cloth and bow which was such a sweet gesture and makes such a different experience when picking up a new car. It felt like a present enough though I had paid for it 😆
