I had an excellent experience at Lexus Nottingham, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Prince. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel very welcome and took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know about my recall, ensuring I fully understood the process. As a thoughtful extra, my car was also cleaned by the end of the visit, which was greatly appreciated. A genuinely professional, friendly, and efficient service — highly recommended.

Excellence is something I’ve come to expect from the Nottingham dealership. The first visit involved a repair and Paul talked me through the assessment process and, as I was in need of my car later on, expedited the process.
On the day of the repair I dealt with Prince, who again was very helpful and polite. As I was waiting he, and the Technician, got my car through without too long a wait.
I must also mention the young lady on reception who was very helpful and considerate during my visit.

Yet another great customer experience from Lexus Nottingham a nice welcome from the lady on reception who booked me in for my Mot and Lexus Service and offered me refreshments. I had only a short wait and service representative Prince Rathore came and went through the itinerary for my vehicles Mot and Service and also arrange my courtesy car. Prince did the actions with great efficiency customer care and focus. The courtesy car was a new Lexus vehicle which was great for me and a great advert for Lexus. My vehicle was waiting for me at the arranged time on arrival Prince went through what had been done and an item that was not covered in this service which was non urgent but could be done at a later date. Prince Rathore is great representative for the dealership and a great asset for the company also are the lady on reception and the staff I never saw who carried out the work so efficiently. The Staff at the dealership carry out the Lexus Ethos great cars, great service and customer experience. This is why I will keep buying Lexus Vehicles, many thanks Lexus Nottingham
