Initial thoughts of this lexus dealership were great dealt with Robbie who was really good and responsive to our questions. The car was prepared in a week for collection. Upon collection there was a bit of damage that was agreed we would get fixed and be reimbursed. Unfortunately the day after collection more issues have come to light. Most of the time phone call are not returned. The person dealing with the issues is constantly with customers when we ask to speak to her. Its now 9 days and still waiting for the work to be booked in. Shame really as first impressions were good. Just beware as if you find a problem they wont rush to help. They sold us an accident damaged car that still had the damage on it and it was hidden with black wax see attached photos

The team at Lexus Nottingham are among the friendliest and most professional experts that I have come across in my many years of owning Lexus vehicles (interspersed with other brands from time to time). Amelia (sales), and Carla (branch management) are complete golden assets to Lexus UK and the local Toyota/Lexus franchise in the East Midlands. The preparation and handover of my LBX Takumi was impeccable and memorable. Highly recommend Lexus Nottingham!!

We came to Lexus Nottingham to collect a car last week for my friend. The car itself was in a great condition and we were very happy with the state it was presented in. The customer service however was incredibly sub par. Upon entering the dealership at our agreed appointment time, the two members of staff near the door looked at us and then ignored us for a few minutes. We were then taken to a seating area and left for 20 minutes. For reference, we were the only people on the dealership at the time. The young girl we spoke with was very helpful and friendly however each time we moved to the next part of the process we were left sitting for 15 minutes whilst everyone disappeared into the offices. Considering the finance was pre-agreed, the 2 hours we spent in the dealership most of which was waiting around was unacceptable. At the end of our visit, the manageress decided to come over to the table and talk to us in a very domineering manner which was quite uncomfortable to receive. Considering we went in to spend around £25,000 this service was very disappointing and the mannerisms from the manageress were unacceptable.
