We recently purchased a Lexus NX 450h+ plug in hybrid vehicle. Shakeel was very patient and reassuring in answering all of our questions about the vehicle. He was very friendly, and extremely polite, professional and proficient in his role. He made sure that all of the items we asked to be completed on the vehicle were diligently carried out before we picked the vehicle up. It was a genuine pleasure to do business with him. I have replied to the email on the 4th of June and I am still awaiting a reply. Absolutely awful customer service at this point. After multiple car delivery cancellations the car was delivered dirty and the bodywork’s undertaken well below standard.

I received an excellent level of service and care at Nottingham Lexus this week when my car had its annual service and MOT. Paul Preece, my Lexus Service Advisor, was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process, from booking in to the follow-up. As I waited at Lexus, Paul regularly checked that I was comfortable and even provided drinks and biscuits, which was great. The service was completed within the time advised, and my car was clearly looked after extremely well. Having it washed before I left was a fabulous finishing touch! Thank you, Paul, and the whole team at Nottingham Lexus, for looking after both me and my car so well. Excellent service as always!

It's a first for me, being called stupid for not taking out finance, yes stupid 🤨 and even what do I expect for a 3 year old car? Well.. when you spend a lot of well earned money on a luxury car pretty darn good I'd say, not one that needed repairs after purchase. Checks on my part ex car was meticulous by staff why not the same with used cars for sale? Communication was awful, unreturned phone calls. The car was sorted after waiting 10 days for collection for repairs and another 18 days after to be collected. Would have been longer if I didn't collect earlier. I was hoping for a great experience buying what in my eyes is a great car brand, but it just left me feeling stressed 😔😔😔
