I recently purchased my car from Lexus and I’m very happy with both the service and the quality of the vehicle. Robbie was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The car itself is in excellent condition and drives beautifully. I would like to thank them for all their assistance in helping me get the car I really wanted.

Unreliable service, don't be fooled, they don't replace air filters, cabin filters, batteries filters or spark plugs. They take your money and record the service, but they don't do a full service, and sooner or later this will cause problems with your car. With over 67,000 miles still under guarantee, the check engine light came on (It happened 4,000 miles after what was supposed to be a full service), and they recommended replacing the catalytic converter for £3,000 (not covered by the guarantee???). I still had to pay £120 for this check, and I found out what anyone can check on a computer in five minutes (a catalytic converter fault), so no one did any diagnostics except connecting it to a computer – I left the car with them for the whole day (and what is my tyre tread depth – really?) I had the car checked at an independent garage shortly after and it turned out that many parts that should be replaced during regular servicing had not been replaced for a long time (they were dirty or showed unnatural wear for regular replacements). Avoid at all costs. I don't know what to advise those who have a car under so called ‘guarantee’ perhaps to change the brand. Bear in mind that the photos look better than the filters straight out of the box because the mechanic dusted them off before I had a chance to take the photos. It’s a shame for a company that charges a lot for a service that’s only done halfway not even mentioned so called warranty. To answer your comment: I have lost my trust in you and I will definitely not be servicing my car at Lexus anymore. I will only lose my worthless so called guarantee, but at least I will have the service done by independent garage once I realised you ignored to replace sparkling plugs, filters etc.. I am afraid you have already done enough damage to my ES.

Excellent service & communication. When I collected the car issues with my sat nav were explained ( I had not been using it correctly). Video update was sent within 2 hours of dropping my car off & having the MOT completed at the same time as the service makes things easier for me.
