Initial thoughts of this lexus dealership were great dealt with Robbie who was really good and responsive to our questions. The car was prepared in a week for collection. Upon collection there was a bit of damage that was agreed we would get fixed and be reimbursed. Unfortunately the day after collection more issues have come to light. Most of the time phone call are not returned. The person dealing with the issues is constantly with customers when we ask to speak to her. Its now 9 days and still waiting for the work to be booked in. Shame really as first impressions were good. Just beware as if you find a problem they wont rush to help.

Hi Dear Customer Services,
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the ongoing unresolved issue with my vehicle, which is still covered under warranty.
I brought my car to Lexus Nottingham to have a rattling noise from both front door cards inspected and repaired. Unfortunately, despite the visit, the problem has not been resolved and the rattling noise is still present.
Since then, I have made several attempts to contact the sales executive regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I find the lack of communication and the failure to resolve a warranty-related concern very disappointing.
As my vehicle remains under warranty, I expect this issue to be addressed promptly and professionally. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for my vehicle to be inspected again and ensure that the fault is properly diagnosed and repaired. I also request a response explaining why my previous communications have gone unanswered.
Please treat this as a formal complaint. I would appreciate a response within 7 working days with details of how you intend to resolve this matter.
I look forward to your prompt reply and a satisfactory resolution.

Car was in for MOT. I got the health check video very quickly. The young man on the service desk did very well. He was very polite and calm, professional. He did really well as I understand he's only been working at Nottingham Lexus for 3 weeks. All in all excellent service as always.

Paul was excellent he managed to give me all the information and provided everything related to the issue of my car arranged appointments and helped me fix the AC in my car. Very professional and very friendly answered all my questions.

Contacted Lexus Nottingham on auto trader 3 days ago sent reminders but still not received a pcp quote totally ignorant and very unprofessional dealership would avoid at all costs!

He explained well, and rectified certain details within the report and showed overall great efficiency and his experience in his work.
