This of course is the once a year, annual service and has it improved in twelve months? The answer is yes, slightly easier and clearer to park up and a pre-booking/ leave your key system that made the process a lot slicker. Quite like the video health check operation too.
Return and paperwork side of things handled well too.

The last visit on July 11th for the handover was 5*. However, service has ranged from the appalling (e.g. no contact for approaching 6 months after placing order) to the excellent, (the handover.) 2* represents an average of 0* and 5*. I have been promised a consistent 5* service in the future which is what I expect from a luxury brand such as Lexus.

I usually have no problem telling you how great everything is with your dealership. However, this time whilst the work carried out was, as usual, spot on, the 'complimentary wash' offer was very poor! When I got back to my car to drive it home I found my carpet was filthy, from oily/greasy feet marks & my mats seemingly missing! Admittedly I had left my 'extra' mats in my car, on top of the CREAM coloured carpet as protection! My carpets have never really been dirtied - the car is 15 YEARS OLD!! So, to come back to find them soiled was a huge disappointment! Also, my 'extra' mats had been tossed into the back of my boot, without a care AND without any indication to me as to where they were. Obviously, I found them. Your operators used to wear protective clothing/coverings for their shoes & our seats. Not this time. I hope your standards have not slipped. I have been coming to your dealership for 15 years. I am reluctant to have future work done with you at Lexus. I'm saddened & very disappointed.
