I was made to feel very welcome when I dropped my car off for a service both by the receptionist and Paul. I had asked for more information regarding a service plan which Paul provided and I explained clearly. I had also asked if they could check one of my tyres as I thought it had a slow puncture which they also did for me. The car was ready to collect just after lunch as they had promised. Overall very impressed with the service and customer care.

As a ‘ walk in’ without an appointment I was looked after by Shakel who provided excellent and friendly help. A couple of suitable vehicles were shown to me and an acceptable p/x offer given against my own car. Decision made and a deal was done. The whole experience was easy and stress free. Thanks also to Peter for his input. The fact that on a wet Wednesday morning the showroom was busy reflects highly on the strong reputation of Lexus Nottingham

The service was quick, and the staff were very helpful. I do miss the complimentary coffee, though! One suggestion: while waiting in the waiting area, I asked if there were any magazines or newspapers to read, but I was told they no longer provide them since COVID. If possible, it would be great to have some reading materials available for customers while they wait. 🙂

I thought the team collecting my car was excellent. You should be proud to have them. The driver in particular is well organised and efficient.
As to the service/MOT, I have no complaints and I'm happy to say that Paul Preece did a good job as far as I am aware.

I’ve only had my car a few months and a circular mark has appeared on the heads up display (a bit like an air bubble) which is blocking the view.
