Asked if it could be available for 3pm as I had a pre arranged meeting to attend.
Got the service report video around midday. But no phone call to say you can pick your car up. I rang a few times but nobody picked up the phone. In the end my husband had to drop me off before 3pm in the hope it was ready.
It was ready. But despite the offer to wash the car it was not washed - I don't care about that - But I do care about the lack of follow up and confirmation that the car is ready for pick up.
I always used to use Toyota Sandhurst who were great at communication. I'm disappointed in Basingstoke.
