I had an amazing experience with Tom at Group 1 Toyota Liverpool. From start to finish, Tom was incredibly friendly, patient and professional. He made the whole process of purchasing my new Toyota C-HR+ feel easy and enjoyable, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I really appreciated how attentive he was to my needs. His customer service was excellent and made what was already an exciting experience even more special. My car had its annual service and MOT carried out here. The vehicle was cleaned and ready for collection at the arranged time.

It was a pleasant experience to shop in toyota. John was really helpful and friendly. I was not able to receive calls during work hour but he did keep in touch with me through email. Good test driving experience as well especially i am a new driver. John kept building my confidence and explained how the little car suits me. Not pushy at all and he recommended only necessary add-ons to me. Overall happy with the purchase will definitely come back when we need another car. Thank you John.
