My only negative comment does not refer to the service visit itself but with the automated communication system.
I received 3 emails each confirming different times for the service appointment .I received a 4th the day after the work was completed reminding me to be on time!
I also received a confirmation for and earlier appointment which had been cancelled to make way for the service date that was eventually used
It's easy to ignore this tecnorubbish but it shouldn't be sent in the first place
