Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently purchased a Toyota C-HR (Registration: LP72 GUU) from your dealership last week. Initially, I was very pleased with the service provided by Bradley Evans and was excited about my purchase. However, my experience after completing the sale has left me feeling disappointed.
Since purchasing the vehicle, I have not received any courtesy follow-up call from Bradley Evans. I also requested some paperwork relating to my purchase, but I am still waiting to receive it.
In addition, I was disappointed with the attitude of the Finance Manager. During the purchasing process, I asked whether any reasonable discount could be offered, but even a small gesture of goodwill, such as £100, was declined. What stood out most was that there seemed to be a strong focus on selling additional products and services that I was not interested in purchasing.
I also noticed a lack of the small customer service touches that help create a positive experience. For example, my brother purchased a vehicle from the Toyota Derby branch last month and received Toyota key rings as a goodwill gesture—one for himself and even one for me. While this may seem like a minor issue, it reflects a level of customer care that I did not experience at your branch.
Furthermore, during my visits to your dealership, I was never offered a tea or coffee, which again may seem like a small detail but contributes to how valued a customer feels.
I appreciate that these matters may appear minor individually, but collectively they have left me feeling that customer care and after-sales service were lacking. As someone who has made a significant purchase, I expected a higher standard of service and follow-up from a Toyota dealership.
I would appreciate your comments regarding my experience and hope this feedback can be used to improve customer service for future customers.

The service was excellent. Nicola is a great ambassador, ensuring I was comfortable and kept informed of the progress of my car.

Went to look at second hand car, viewed and purchased it. Service was excellent, very happy with the car

I recently purchased a light commercial vehicle from this dealership. A few problems most notably the insistence by the dealership that my faster payment balance was held up by my bank when after several stressful & time consuming calls over 2 days it was in fact Group 1's financial section that had not completed the transaction.
The EV Vehicle was however well presented although I did request the steering wheel alignment be checked as it appeared slightly out on the test drive, once taken delivery it was apparent that it was still the same despite assurances that it was looked at.
All in all I expected a little more from the Toyota Brand & the excellent customer service it portrays to have.

I bought a Toyota Yaris Cross here. My experience was great as both Jo and Jordan were really kind and being friendly. They were completely honest which made me feel good and trust them

They didn’t start servicing my car till midday
And I asked if they could push it through as quickly as possible
And that they did, and cleaned it lovely as well really happy thank you for turning the car around so quickly
