How disappointed am I. So I have a 21 plate Toyota CHR from you and contacted you on Wednesday to ask for advice. The valve on my tyre had sheered off and the sensor 🤷‍♀️ was therefore broken due to it being a fix unit. The tyre went completely flat with air gushing out in my face. Id spoken to a mechanic as it had broken down at a car sales/petrol station. The person answering your phone (think her name was Chantel or similar) said that they couldn't fit my car in until the following Friday & had no hire cars available but I could bring it in for diagnostics. Wheels aren't under the warranty so I would need to pay £125 diagnostic fee plus whatever it cost to fix the issue. I asked why I would need to pay a diagnostic fee for a flat tyre. She said it would need to be seen to ensure I was correct that it was not a flat tyre !! I mean, is this serious, that really annoyed me. Also pointing out that the mechanic who Id spoken to wasnt theirs so wasn't able to give a diagnosis. I asked to speak to the manager or a mechanic there but was refused!! So these are the points- 1) get recovery to cone out & say its a flat tyre 2) Get recovery to take car to garage that couldn't repair it for 10 days. 3) Pay garage £125 to tell me my tyre is flat 4) Be without a car because garage could not fit in changing a tyre. 5) Woman telling me not to be upset its really nothing to worry about & dont be stressed, without knowing anything about me, my life or my situation. Patronising. So in other words they were totally useless & unsupportive, even moaning about having to send a text with the recovery details. The 2 stars are for the fact that there is a recovery service but of course I pay for it and although they said within the hour it still hadn't arrived after 3. I solved the issue myself in the end there was no other choice.

Very good service as usual. Quick response, and immediate help is offered. From the telephone call to the staff service on site, every part is great.

Professional service and good communication

Receiving a text message after the service asking me to complete the upcoming feedback is fine. However, when this text states "give me a 10/10 feedback. Anything below 9 on any of the questions will be considered a negative score" is crazy!
In a score of 1-10, then 5 would be the middle and what you'd expect. more than 5 is better than expected and less than 5 is lower than expected...

Dashboard not clean well , I feel dust on dashboard, not only dashboard, door as well
