The MOT was fine, got a complimentary wash of the car too. All good. However, when booking the MOT I was told 8am was the only available time, even though I asked for a later time. But when I dropped the car off, apparently I had been booked as a non waiting appt which I wasn’t aware of. Was never mentioned by the garage when I booked. Very annoying to be told that your vehicle won’t be looked at until noon when you’ve queued in traffic to get there for 8 as insisted by them. So, took two buses home and again two buses back to collect the vehicle. Took two extra hours of my day. So when booking, ASK if you can have a “while I wait” MOT as they probably won’t mention it
