I bought a car here last year, and within less than a year, the battery completely failed. When I contacted them, I was informed that their 12-month warranty surprisingly doesn't cover the battery at all and was given a quote of £205 just to replace it. You would expect a car purchased from a dealership to last more than a few months without requiring costly out-of-pocket repairs, or at least have a warranty that offers basic protection.

Bought a Yaris Cross in September 2024. Wanted to wait before doing reviews. We were dealt with by Jody who spent time going through all the options and dealt with all our questions. We settled on the excel and added a panoramic roof. Have to say 5 months on, love the car, really enjoy driving now (PE a m-sport BMW) long journeys are so easy and the hybrid model really works for me. Have used this Toyota centre before and will be going back when I’m eventually ready to change as they were excellent.

Terrible after sales service phone can ring for 15 minutes with no answer. Say theywill send information by email but dont. Just have to keep going in apparently always short staffed
