Saarina and Matt were very helpful with additional information following the service & MOT. A very friendly & efficient team!

There is no complementary curtesy car or collection system offered despite a vehicle less than a year old having a manufacturer fault. This messes your working day about waiting for wife to do the school run and then pick you up.
The online booking offered a complimentary car wash and interior clean. This didn't appear to happen.

Courteous welcome but was disappointed to be told that my MOT was going to be chargeable even though I knew it was included in my all inclusive service plan. Matthew seemed quite adamant that it wasn’t included but said he would check. He was wrong and apologised but I think these errors should not occur. Left me feeling that I wasn’t really valued as a customer.

Great customer service, can not fault any communication from start to finish. Saarina was fantastic all round with what happens and what needed doing, can not fault the time given to explain everything to me and making sure I understood.

I recently brought my car in for service, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. Matthew took great care of everything, keeping me updated throughout the process. He clearly explained what repairs were needed, gave me an accurate timeline, and kept me in the loop the whole time. When I picked up my car, it was not only ready but also had been cleaned – a really nice touch! Highly recommend this service team for their professionalism and excellent customer care.

recently had a service and MOT carried out on my vehicle and was looked after by Matthew, who demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise throughout the day. He kept me informed with regular updates on the progress of my Golf, which was greatly appreciated. As an added touch, the car was also cleaned and vacuumed, which was both thoughtful and very much needed. Overall, an excellent experience and a high standard of service.
