Bring your Ford to be serviced at any of our Think Ford Dealerships and you will receive an expert service from a Ford trained technician using specialist Ford tools and quality Ford parts. In addition, you'll also receive complimentary UK and European Roadside Assistance valid from the date of your service for a period of 12 months, or until your next service is due, whichever comes first.

Ford Roadside Assistance
With any Ford Scheduled Service carried out at Think Ford, you'll receive UK and European Roadside Assistance valid from the date of your service for 12 months, or until the next service is due, whichever comes first.

If your vehicle breaks down, simply call us and we’ll get someone out to you as fast as we can.

If your vehicle's problem is unable to be fixed there and then, Roadside Assistance can help you by either providing a replacement vehicle, organising costs for alternative travel to your destination or even covering hotel accommodation for you and your passengers. If you break down in Europe and your vehicle cannot be fixed, Roadside Assistance can arrange for it to be sent to a UK address (for example: your home, work, or your nearest Think Ford dealer).
Wherever you are, be it in the UK or in Europe, Ford Service Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and with just one phone call.
*Ford Breakdown Assistance is valid from the date of service until the next scheduled service is due. Given the scale and impact that Coronavirus (COVID-19) has had on our daily lives, as well as the new advice and regulations issued by the government, Think Ford have made the decision to temporarily close all our showrooms, servicing centres, trade parts and bodyshop operations.
Our servicing department is closed for all non-urgent work until at least Tuesday 14th April 2020, in accordance with the government mandate. However we have a team available to handle emergency service needs for all customers. If you have an urgent servicing requirement or emergency, please email enquiry@thinkford.co.uk
We also have a live chat team available via our website who will endeavour to answer any questions you may have with regards to future servicing requirements, vehicle handovers and other queries. We will continue to handle our digital enquiries via dedicated resource - Please bear with us if it takes us slightly longer to respond than normal.
The health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, customers, their families and our communities are our highest priority. We are constantly monitoring the situation and will make changes to our operations as and when required.
