Recently had to bring my car in for an electrical fault. Jade looked after me from start to finish and made sure i had regular updates and made the whole process as smooth as possible for me. What could have been a really stressful situation was so much better because of how i’ve been looked after

I can't recommend Daniel Evans highly enough. He's a Sales Executive at Group1 Jaguar Land Rover Southend, and buying my Range Rover through him was honestly such a smooth and reassuring experience, he took the time to talk me through everything and I felt completely at ease with the whole thing from start to finish. This was actually the first car I've bought through Daniel, and he was just brilliant throughout, really professional, someone I could trust to get me a fair price without any of the usual hassle. Saved me so much time too. What really stood out was that Daniel drove all the way to London just so I could see the car in person, then made sure it was delivered right to my door in NW3 so I didn't have to lift a finger. He also managed to get me an extra 3 years on the manufacturer's warranty, which honestly sealed the deal for me. I never expected my car been washed. You offered it when I checked online, again you offered when I checked in at the show room and once more over the phone when you told me my car will be ready at 11.30. I picked up at 2.30 and while driving noticed it was not washed. You either don't offer or if you pledged you fulfill your pledged. It deflates when someone expectation is falsely raised. I gave you 5* perhaps no to deflate you and for good service delivery when you concentrate and only occasionally you slip.

Most worst not possible more than this . Customer service is so poor. Not informative. Passing responsibility to others they kept me waiting whole day, and inform me they can’t fix recall

Took a month to have my car booked in with a courtesy vehicle. On the day, took my car in and told no vehicle was booked. A lot of back and forth they found me a car. Explained that if they couldn’t have my car diagnosed on the day I wouldn’t be free to return until Sunday. Which was already agreed with sales manager. First argument, to which they finally agreed to. They then looked at my car two days later, then said our engine health check isn’t working we must wait for technical help. No problem so looking like a week now. Nope, 1 month later they get it on the ramp to do the same check. Check complete, informed timing chain needs replacement, as I anticipated. One and a half weeks later they complete the works. Pick the car up get 5 miles down the road, error - engine coolant low. Call them up to be told this isn’t our problem, we didn’t touch the coolant. I should call breakdown.. although you drain the coolant when you replace the timing chain. They clearly thought I didn’t know anything, so had to argue this with them and they agreed bring it back and a tech will look. If you ask me that is absolutely shocking behaviour.. you’d expect better from such a highly regarded brand. I’d get better service from a back alley dealership. Oh and they also made me pay for new front discs and pads for a car I’ve travelled 5k miles in over 5 and a half months of buying it from them. Yeah they gave me 50% discount. But should I really be paying for this so soon? Group 1 are really letting down the Land Rover brand considering I had issues at Watford too.
