I am really impressed with Group 1 Toyota Maidstone. I purchased and collected my used vehicle at the start of September, and even though they were extremely busy with the new 73 plate registration collections they took the time to help me with my purchase, were very thorough, friendly and informative throughout the process. I was very impressed by the Sales Manager (Jack?) and particularly with his team member Danielle who helped with the pre-sales, handover and after-sales experience. Danielle met all her commitments, explained things clearly and even gave me a courtesy call a few days after I collected my vehicle. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. Excellent!

I felt relaxed and in good hands. Group 1 Toyota Maidstone were fantastic because Jessica from sales restored my faith in the sales department. When I tried to purchase my last car the sales person was totally uninterested when we said we were looking for a used car and wanted to pay cash. I have always found Bob and Richard in the service department to be excellent ambassadors for toyota and because of this I decided to give the sales department another chance. Jessica restored my trust again by being very professional and completely customer focused. Nothing was to much trouble and her explanation of all the forms required for the sale were concise and easily understood. The only dissapointment was owing to the previous owner having dogs, we can still smell them even though the car was valeted before collection.
