Very disappointing. Suppose to have had a hired vehicle,second time have failed me. As a motorability customer. Blaming motorability. Yet assured by VW vehicle had been arranged. Next excuse is system has changed in last month. Why tell me from VW that a vehicle is present. Excuse by Sarah,only have a select number of vehicles on court. So why your contact service saying a vehicle has been arranged. Than telling me that's not a guarantee. Now saying a request has been put in by them that's it is up to motorability to contact me. Contacted Motorability who now tell me that the request was put by VW staff on the old system. Twice this has happened me while my car needs servicing since July and has a number of faults. Avoid them. Very abrupt, unprofessional full of excuse and reasons for Thier own failures. When I said I be making a complaint to both VW and Motorability did not appreciate said nothing to do with us. Am afraid it has everything to do with dealership as well. After sales is appalling.

I am truly satisfied with the service that I received from Lee Oliver. His knowledge is top notch. I never intended to purchase a car that day, was bringing the wife’s in to be serviced. However, after chatting with Lee, I came away with a vehicle, beyond my expectations. He went above and beyond. I rate Lee a 10/10. His customer service skill is fully professional, without the pressure. Kirsty Marsh is also a valuable asset to VW. Nothing was too much trouble. Kirsty explained everything fully. I drove away completely satisfied with the service received from VW Dartford.

This is the 3rd car, that Lee Oliver, has arranged for me. He always provides a 5 star plus, service. My requirements are always met, with professionalism, and patience. He is an expert in his field. Everything is explained fully. The handover with Kirsty Marsh, was delivered with competence, She explained in a way that I understood. These two are an absolute asset to VM.

I would like to thank Sarah at Vw Dartford for her extending Customer Service from start to finish the whole experience was extremely positive. Sarah always takes the time to listen to her customers and genuinely understands their needs. She goes above and beyond to help whether it’s booking appointments answering questions or providing advice she was also incredibly helpful in assisting me with my service plan making everything clear and straightforward her friendly professional approach and willingness to help make the entire process stress free and enjoyable. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for her and she consistently delivers excellent customer care. Sarah is a real credit to Vw Dartford. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you Sarah 😁
