Looking to buy a new car. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in. Has, the salesman, was so helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed or pressurised. We were offered refreshments. We spent time with the cars we were interested in, and we found it a positive experience (unlike the nearby Cupra dealership). Highly recommend

I purchased my vehicle from VW Group 1 Peterborough 2 years ago, and the sales experience was brilliant… However, since owning the car, the service experience with the garage has been awful. I have been mislead on what work is needed and told they have complete work they clearly have not. I have complained to VW and have been completely ignored by the garage. I will not be using this garage again as their service and customer service is appalling.

Booked a service through all-in plan. Phoned up and checked was covered, all confirmed. Dropped off and advised covered with all-in plan. Work carried out and advised not covered by all-in plan. Also attempted to carry out unnecessary work, claimed car had done 30k since last service, but had only done 10k. Tried to contact service centre, but they did not pick up call. When I collected the car and was waiting continuously tried calling to see what would happen. Giggling and ignoring from those at the service desk. Really shocking service at a time when VW needs as many consumers as they can. Doubt my next service will be here. Doubt my next car will be VW.

I 100% recommended the Peterborough VW Sales Branch Dil was fantastic from start to finish During my purchase and delivery of my new car to delivery at my home address 80 miles away Dil went above and beyond helping me with all the details neeed to get the right car ! Excellent service from Siobhan. My MOT and service was done within a few hours of drop off with no issues at all. Process was so smooth and efficient. Will definitely be back if she's looking after me

The service at Group 1 Volkswagen Peterborough was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From arranging two test drives because I simply couldn’t decide, through to ordering my car and the final delivery, I genuinely cannot fault the experience. I travelled from London after receiving terrible service from dealerships closer to home, and I’m so glad I made the journey to Peterborough. The level of service was outstanding. Even a week after taking delivery, I received a call to check that everything was okay and to ask whether I needed an appointment to go through the settings and features of the car. That level of aftercare really stood out and was greatly appreciated. Arfan Star was exceptional throughout the whole process. He was professional, helpful and attentive, making sure everything was organised and that the handover was smooth and stress-free. If you want to be treated with respect, have your needs genuinely listened to, and feel like more than just another number in the system, I would highly recommend Group 1 Volkswagen Peterborough.
