What's included in a Volkswagen Service Plan?

Each Volkswagen Service Plan is tailored to your vehicle's model and age. Our plans include comprehensive inspections, oil changes, filter replacements, and specific checks for electric vehicles. We also perform necessary software updates, diagnostic checks, and a complimentary health check to identify general wear and tear. Please note that wear and tear items will be checked but are not included in the plan.

All of our plans ensure your Volkswagen is maintained to the highest standards, preserving an authentic service history for when you decide to sell your car. Our more comprehensive plans offer additional benefits like extended warranty, roadside assistance, and MOTs.
How easy is it to purchase a Volkswagen Service Plan?
Setting up your Volkswagen Service Plan is a simple process:
- Provide the vehicle registration number and current mileage.
- Select your chosen plan and payment preference.
- Enter the policy holder's details.
- Pay upfront or set up a monthly payment plan.
- Receive a confirmation email once your plan is authorised.
*Service Plans available for cars up to 15 years old. Coverage varies according to the service plan purchased. Number of monthly payments vary depending on plan purchased for vehicles under 100,000 miles. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule and all work must be carried out at a Volkswagen Authorised Repairer. Additional work, including wear and tear, is excluded. Service Plan validity is dependent on required payments received. All-in valid for vehicles aged 3 to 6 years, with a 2.0L engine or less and under 100,000 miles at activation. Terms, eligibility criteria and exclusions apply. Excludes electric vehicles and vehicles with an existing service plan. Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Volkswagen UK or Volkswagen Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their policy.
