Group 1 Volkswagen Dartford

On having some problems with my VW Amarok I attended Group 1 at Dartford who could not do enough for me , the staff especially Sophie were exemplary nothing was a problem, the vehicle had a DPF problem and required a manual regeneration this was carried out whilst I waited. From my initial call to Group 1 this morning and arriving at the dealership every step went without a hitch and you could not wish for a better service. I have had several Amaroks and have always brought them here for servicing and any other problems and have never had reason to fault the workmanship or service received from the staff, always excellent.

The VW van centre came up trips when I needed them. On my way to Europe, they gave my vehicle a scheduled service with little notice. No problem at all. They slotted me in so we'll I was able to catch the earlier boat. What's more Susie Spinks the Service Advisor sorted out some complications I had with an earlier credit and enabled me to make significant saving on a future service package . Fantastic, turned up to pick a van up on behalf of a leasing company, the lady just inside the door on reception was extremely helpful and a joy to deal with, she sent me to the van service centre where I spoke to Sophie Ward, Sophie was extreme helpful and extremely quick to get the van ready for me to take. I was parked on a double yellow line outside with an articulated low loader. I visit many main dealers with my job and I have to say Group 1 in Dartford are the best I’ve been to. Thank yoh

Kam,Paul,Sophie,Amy They have been amazing i had a couple of issues and they went above and beyond to make sure every thing was done to a very high standard. the service from all these guys and ladies made sure i was always kept in the loop about anything and also what needed and what was done. From day 1 they have gone above and beyond to make sure all ok.. They have called and emailed even after the sale of my Buzz to make sure all going well and anything else i need. I would 110% recommend them and the dealership which i have done, great team.

Poor van went in on a recalll for airbags van was work fine no issues it’s been in the for 3 weeks and still no closer to them getting it repaired after the engineer damaged the ecu
