Volkswagen Commercial Warranty*
All Approved Used vehicles under 6 years old come with comprehensive warranty for added reassurance and peace of mind. If your used vehicle is less than 3 years old, you will receive 12 months' Warranty or if the vehicle is between 3 and 6 years old, your Warranty will last for six months. Plus, if the vehicle is less than 2 years old, it will also include the original Factory Warranty.

Multi-point Check**
We ensure our Approved Used vehicles are ready to go. Our expert technicians carry out a 112 mechancial, electrical and visual check to inspect the health of every vehicle. If any faults are found, they are only fixed with Volkswagen approved parts. All vehicles have a full road test and valet before you drive away.

Volkswagen Roadside Assistance*
As part of the Approved Used Warranty, every used van comes with comprehensive 24/7 breakdown and recovery. We will travel to help anywhere in the UK and in most of Europe. This also covers assistance at home, at work, vehicle recovery and onward travel.

Vehicle History and Mileage Checks^
There will be no hidden surprises with your Approved Used Van. We check all paperwork, including VIN, registration, service history and mileage. Through a third party, we also review the vehicle's history for any outstanding finance, plate transfer or theft. You will be provided with a certificate to confirm all checks have been completed.

Courtesy Van Hire*
We understand the importance of your Approved Used van, for both your business and running daily errands. In the event you do breakdown, we may be able to assist with onward travel through Volkswagen Roadside Assistance and a courtesy van through your warranty***.

No Quibble Exchange Policy^^
If you find your Approved Used vehicle doesn't quite fit in with your business or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another vehicle, the same price or higher and pay the difference. The vehicle must be in the same condition as originally collected and the Van Centre you bought the vehicle from must have stock available for the exchange. Terms, conditions and restrictions may apply.

*12 months’ Warranty and Roadside Assistance applies to vehicles up to 3 years old. Vehicles aged 3-6 years will receive a minimum of 6 months’ Warranty and Roadside Assistance. Vehicles over 6 years old are not eligible.
**Vehicles under 3 months old go through a visual health check.
^Vehicle data, mileage and history checks are not applied to vehicles registered in the Isle of Man.
^^Only available at the Van Centre supplying the original vehicle. As long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when collected, the vehicle has not covered more than 1,000 miles from purchase, and the customer pays any additional balance. Vehicles under three years old must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Vehicles over three years old must be returned within seven days of purchase. This does not affect consumers’ statutory rights.
***Subject to eligibility. Five day Drive Away Insurance cannot be used in conjunction with any other insurance offer. Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Insurance is arranged by U K Insurance Business Solutions and underwritten by U K Insurance Limited.
Dependent on source, some Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles may have had multiple users as part of a fleet and/or previous business use. In order to meet the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Approved Used requirements, all vehicles are inspected and certified by our trained Commercial Vehicle Technicians to the same exacting standard regardless of source.
