Billy was a great salesman, he took an interest in our potential purchase but did not do any hard sales making us feel pressurised, rather he helped us make an informed decision to purchase the car. He was a thoroughly decent chap!

Just so fed up with it all now! I bought a car last year from Kia coulsdon paid for it in full no finance. Once you pay up you really see the difference I behaviour. I should of pulled out after they sold me the car with 38000 millage advertised I have the pics to prove it. They did the MOT before I picked up the car then I went on line and check the millage was 4200 over 4000 more than advertised! When I questioned It the sales manager said dont buy it then! I managed to get them to get a years road tax and 2 years warranty from them for it but!!!! Even though it says group A1 I am told its only third party insurance now as I had to take the car back to them ghia changing problems. Then I was told when they inspected it in a ramp clutch needs doing would they have not done an inspection before I bought it if its that easy to inspect the clutch on a ramp. I managed to get a courtesy car even though my warranty booklet states I am entitled to one! They had my car for 2months! Parts back order etc. So hard to contact them I have all the chasing emails! The loan car I had was not checked I had all the last drivers personal details in the car. I was not told what fuel what to do if you break down etc can I drive a automatic just here you go. Chase upon chase call and call i did get responses from 1 employee late in the evenings occasionally but seems this guys is always very busy. I picked up the car told its done all tested! The car is worse! I hate driving it now I used all my money to buy this car I even had to pay for a new clutch kit! I just had enough I can't go through all this with them again! Now I got to get someone else to look at the car for me and now pay out more money I can't afford Don't buy a car from them especially used dont trust their warranty they give and absolutely wish I never bought this car from them. so upset and let down! 🤬 I just want to say a huge thankyou to Tim the manager and Philip for your personal service to me and my family on dealing with my issues. Everything wss resolved to my satisfaction and I have had no issues since. Sorry for the delay in updating the review but 5 stars to you both on how it all got handled in the end! Absolutely rubbish communication. I was passed between SIX different people across four phone calls trying to buy a car with quite simple requirements, was told that I would be called and emailed back multiple times, which they never did. Really disappointing, but I'm glad I dodged the bullet of having to take the process any further with them.

Team always really friendly and welcoming wouldn't ever go elsewhere for my Mot and service. Big shoutout to Phil who is always professional and happy to help . Top customer service. See you all next time!

The Kia Coulsdon service department is amazing, especially Bobby at the service desk. The car's check engine light came on, and I called about eight or nine Kia dealerships, but nobody was able to book in my car before November. Kia Coulsdon booked the car for the next day, identified the issue, ordered the faulty part and fixed it under warranty in two days. I am really happy with the service overall.

Awful service I love the car but the after care has been awful They have banked the money that I have paid and now don’t want to know me Called left at least 20 messages with people to call me back but no one has Ending up speaking to the KIA support head office still having issues What’s concerning is if I have something major go wrong what will they be like then Not good
