Very disappointed today. Wanted help with my Kia and even though I couldn’t buy through Maidstone because they didn’t have the one I wanted, I was told I could pop in any time for help. Tried that today and was told it would be best if I tried where I bought it. I don’t want have to keep going over to Essex for help when there is a Kia local to me. Not good customer service. 😡

I recently visited KIA Maidstone and had an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and I was made to feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout my visit. A special mention has to go to Denise, who was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, taking the time to make sure everything was explained clearly and that I was completely happy. Her attention to detail and genuinely caring approach made such a positive impression. I would also like to say a huge thank you to the entire garage team. Everyone was friendly, professional and clearly committed to providing a high level of service. It was obvious that the whole team takes pride in looking after their customers, and that really made a difference to my experience. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, and Denise and the whole team at KIA Maidstone are a real credit to the dealership. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my visit a great one. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending KIA Maidstone. Absolutely excellent service from everyone — thank you, Denise, and a huge thank you to the whole garage team for making my visit such a positive experience!

I had received a recall request so telephoned immediately to book the car in. the booking procedure was easy and I got the date I required to fit around my schedule. The job was done in record time. Staff were welcoming and efficient throughout. As is normal with this dealership.

I can not thank this Kia branch enough for the service I have received. We had a gear box issue on our Kia sportage . The car is absolutely vital to us at the moment as my husband is about to start chemotherapy tomorrow. Most branches had a wait until late October for even an inspection. This branch on hearing our situation reached out to me and got the car in the next day . A gear box issue was found . They made sure the car was inspected, diagnosed , parts ordered and completely repaired in 2 days all under warranty! A massive thankyou to Denise for being a kind voice at a stressful time and to Michael on the service repair team for carrying out the repairs so quickly we are so grateful and really appreciate the way you have gone out of your way to get the work done .
