Handover very poor. Drove 2.5hrs to collect it. ETA given to Dom. had to wait 30 minutes for Dom & after complaining Sales mgr took over. The car was not ready. Rear number plate was not secured correctly. Chips all over front bumper not touched up. No discussion re V5 doc, or servicing, or service plans discussed or warranty discussion. Sent separate email once I got home to establish all of this.
