Absolutely terrible experience from the offset. Avoid this brand and dealership at all costs! Upon test driving my car I identified several defects which were promised to be resolved before collection. Upon collection the car hadn't been touched and the excuse from the sales team was my defects hadn't been passed on to the service team, and I was advised to book the car in for repair. During handover, we identified the terrain selection wasn't working and again I should book the car in for investigation. During the drive home the airbag light came on and the heated seats wouldn't turn off. After a couple of days of driving, several more faults came to light such as window washers weren't working, amongst other defects. There is no way the pre sales check was carried out with any attention. I had the car for 12 months and made 9 trips for repair. After all of that, several faults were never repaired, such as the air bag and heated seat. More recently the suspension started to knock at low speeds. On two occasion the courtesy car I had booked wasn't available. I asked to speak to the manager more than 4 times, and the best i got (after several excuses like they are in a meeting, or it's the end of the month so they are busy) was an email address. I wrote a complaint to Group 1, it's been 9 weeks and no response. 0 Worst of all, engine started to make a noise on startup, booked in again for them to tell me they couldn't hear it and it's probably a heatshield rattle. A few days after picking it up after this investgarion, the engine was constantly making the ticking noise. This caused me major concern as my wife and children use the car daily, and the last thing I wanted was for it to leave them on the side of the road. I recorded the ticking noise and sent the clip to the service team via email (as they had instructed me to) and asked for urgent advice. My emails was ignored along with two follow up calls I made chasing a response/advice on whether to continue to drive it or not. As i got no response, I decided to leave the car on my driveway and I got so fed up I sold the car and made a hugh loss. It's only after I bought the car and started having problems that I realised these JLR ingenium engines have a terrible reputation for reliability.

Excellent service. Picked up my new car from Ben Lee. What an experience. He spent time with me going through the functions on my new car. He also put me at ease going from driving a manual to an automatic. Would highly recommend. Love my new car. Thanks Ben.

This dealership has massively improved. Last year at my service it was a hassle. This year was a nicer experience. Only not 5 stars as no re-sell valuation.

It doesn’t get any better than this He really is a salesman in a million - not pushy, very experienced & knowledgeable - a treat to deal with Thank you so much, Grant I think my husband will be back for another car - he’s so taken with mine !
