I have used JLR Guildford for servicing and MOT of my car since purchasing it new from them in 2016. I have had mixed experiences regarding the customer service and communication but the car is always returned in good running order and clean.

It’s was a pleasure dealing with Cameron, (Guildford) extremely personal and professional. Would happily recommend as I was extremely impressed with the timeframe of repair works.

Luke was pleasant but the experience was really poor! He called me to say at the end of the service that the engine failure light was on! I said no it wasn’t ! He said well it’s small and could you have missed it ! Do you think he would have said that to a man? He sent me into a panic! I called my husband ! It turned out it was a fault caused by your own team who hadn’t reconnected something at the end of the service. ! There was no engine failure light How poor was that ! Seriously you need to improve your service procedure. It meant I arrived at 12 noon but car wasn’t ready until 5.30 by which time I was stuck in the accident traffic
Also I went to my car and wait - the tyre pressure light was on so back in I went ! Another 20 mins

Work on the car is fine, but overpriced at £900 for a routine 2 year service where the only work of any note carried out was a brake fluid and oil change. The customer sales representative (Harvey) is terrible, never returns calls or emails, never follows up on what he promises to do.

Excellent service at Group 1 Guilford, exceptional personalized attention. I've had the privilege of being served by Patricia, Luke, and Cameron on several occasions, and I highly recommend them (100%). Your car will be safe, with fantastic service and answers to all your questions. In short, outstanding team! Many thanks.

Harvey was very attentive and knowledgeable about the service requirements for my Jaguar F pace. He also kept me informed on the progress of the work being carried out.
