The service I received yesterday recently for the annual service of my Range Rover was very poor indeed. I was kept waiting 45 minutes this morning to simply collect my vehicle which made me late for a lunchtime appointment I had.
I had requested the vehicle to be cleaned whilst with you, which was not done. I had also requested a body shop estimate for some scratches on the front of the vehicle, which I did not receive.
Furthermore, I am also extremely dissatisfied with the cost of the service itself. £670 to change some break fluid, engine oil and washer fluid is extortionate and leaves a very poor impression of the value Range Rover holds its customers in. I appreciate they are expensive vehicles but this is not an excuse to gouge your customers with service fees which would have cost no more than one to two hundred pounds at any other garage. It does not make me inclined to use the Jaguar Land Rover dealership for any services going forward. In fact, I would go further and say I am resolutely against doing so for the reasons expressed above.

I requested a specific loan car when booking in for a service as I would like to purchase a defender. This request was ignored. Secondly, I asked for an appraisal of my vehicle so I could discuss trade-in on a new car. Aside from this the service process was smooth and efficient.

Excellent facilities for those choosing to wait. However was disappointed with time it took to carry out the MoT (almost 3 hours), and neither of the additional request had been addressed during that time (security upgrade and access to la rover assist online).
Further disappointed by the poor service offered when attempting to book an MoT retest over the phone. There were no available slots within the 10 day free retest period, and your representative appeared disinterested in attempting to find an acceptable workaround, with no appointment offered until July, merely suggesting I should ‘drive in but be prepared to wait all day’.

Slow registration process and had to wait 20/25 mins to see somebody before paying. This was 11 30 / 12 time. Mentioned to receptionis 2/3 times in a rush - bill was not as expected. Lots of people hiding behind glass doors messing around…

All good. Booking process was fine and Philip was very helpful in ensuring my customer specific instructions for the Service were executed as required.
One area didnt work at all. I was sent a Land Rover Vehicle Health Check report on the day [with video]. On here it had a contact us number 01483 975156. I called it to check my vehicle was available - and the number was for the front desk. When i asked to be put through they said they couldnt do that and gave me a different number. Odd . Why put it on the Vehicle Health Check then? You may want to tune up your operational processes....

My vehicle was to have a paint inspection on the day of service, it was not done.
I requested a drop off at Guildford shops while the service was undertaken, it was confirmed, on the day of drop off nobody was available.
