Vic and the team are fantastic! To many people in waiting area meant I did not have a seat but the great service made up for it!

Carried out and charged for exactly the same work as had been done 5 weeks previously. The value of the second repair was refunded but the outlay in cost to myself in arranging access to a different car while in the garage, plus insurance and cleaning costs has been ignored despite the significant inconvenience.

I had a very nice experience and everything was completed as requested

Great service from the guys here. They looked after me in there waiting area fully catered for and even washed the car for me. I will be back there for sure.

I was so surprised to see a cafe set up whilst I wait for my car. I expected to be walking around the industrial estate with my dog waiting but nooooo. I had options of drinks hot and cold. Water for my dog and staff that care. Air conditioning and wifi. Thank you Jaguar for great facilities and excellent customer service.

The service I received yesterday recently for the annual service of my Range Rover was very poor indeed. I was kept waiting 45 minutes this morning to simply collect my vehicle which made me late for a lunchtime appointment I had.
I had requested the vehicle to be cleaned whilst with you, which was not done. I had also requested a body shop estimate for some scratches on the front of the vehicle, which I did not receive.
Furthermore, I am also extremely dissatisfied with the cost of the service itself. £670 to change some break fluid, engine oil and washer fluid is extortionate and leaves a very poor impression of the value Range Rover holds its customers in. I appreciate they are expensive vehicles but this is not an excuse to gouge your customers with service fees which would have cost no more than one to two hundred pounds at any other garage. It does not make me inclined to use the Jaguar Land Rover dealership for any services going forward. In fact, I would go further and say I am resolutely against doing so for the reasons expressed above.

Service was not as polished as before, nevertheless superior to many garages. Was not impressed with loan car. Car was almost on empty.

The team were very efficient and pleasant all seemed well until til I realised that my ad Blue (as requested on the pre check-in form) had not been done. I have yet to have this resolved hence the rating
