I’ve used this place for 10 years but I won’t again. It’s very overpriced and the service is now terrible. I phoned today 9 times for 50 minutes to find out if my car was ready. The phone was either not picked up or picked up and then transferred to a number no one answered. When I complained no one seemed to care. This place is clearly very badly run and the staff I spoke to don’t seem to be bothered. For the prices the service needs to be much much better than it is. But in future I will go elsewhere.

Poor service, poor communication. Would not use again. 2 weeks to replace thermostat on a vehicle under warranty.

This organisation is an example of how businesses should not be run. Very poor communication, no customer care and no one available when needed. I will never buy a new Range Rover again. Took over 6 weeks to diagnose and replace an effective part without being able to provide me with a replacement car - £100k+ car bought new last October. Also managed to scratch my car all down one side while in their custody, which had passed their inspection! Avoid at all cost.

Worse customer service ive every experienced

Not happy at all. My car was still under the manufacturer's 3 year warranty and I had to hire a car for 4 days as no courtesy car was offered. Communications were poor, the overall Manager of group 1 was asked to phone me twice. Once by me and once by Jaguar head office. However I heard nothing. On collecting my car, which had the rear tailgate realigned, I was handed the keys and told it was in the front car park. I would have thought I would at least be shown what was done and asked if I was satisfied. I am a life long Jaguar owner of more that 11 cars and have never had such bad treatment. Not what you expect when buying a new car costing over £47,000.

I concur with a recent reviewer on the shockingly bad service from this organisation. Phillip was also my unresponsive contact - I felt like a stalker trying to get ANY information. The overcharging is ridiculous and the service non existent . If you want super high prices and terrible service, this is the place to get it!

Awful service, poor communication, they are enough to put anyone off owning a landrover. They should be ashamed to call themselves a SERVICE centre. The staff obviously dont get trained to offer customer service.

Terrible

Had longer wait than usual as MoT was booked before service and brake pad renewal, resulting in later MoT availability. However, I was comfortable in the waiting area and kept informed throughout.

Appointment to assess a recall issue. In on Tuesday, out Thursday with a new power steering unit and a freshly valeted Discovery - no charge! Service manager Mark was very friendly, informative and professional. As my appointment was a short turnaround there were no loaner cars available but was surprised to hear there wasn't any available for the next 6 weeks! That made logistics a challenge. Otherwise, perfect service. Very pleased.
