Communication was excellent between Group 1 Jaguar Land Rover Guildford Aftersales Centre and myself. Group 1 contacted me regarding work needed on my car. Phillip communicated with me and coordinated with my family for car drop off and collection times. Work was completed. Overall a very positive experience.

I had broken down and got the vehicle to Guildford I dealt with Charlotte who was very pleasant and book the diagnostic work in for a few days later.
I was then dealing with Luke who was very informative and honest and a great asset to Group 1.

The Jaguar I pace was really called for a software update for thermal loading. I was pleasantly surprised that a full visual check was made on the vehicle as well as a wash. Top class service.

Useless, zero respect for customers time and very poor customer service. Had to chase for updates, pay for my own courtesy car, left waiting for hours across 2 days for an MOT. Reception unknowledgable on basic MOT rules and car updates. I wont be returning and wouldnt reccommend visiting.

Fairly easy to organise and good to have use of a car for the day. No explanation of work carried out on hand over. No email with Vehicle Health Check received. Defender was washed which was appreciated.

I booked my Jaguar XF in for an MOT on Thursday 4th June, I had confirmed that I would wait for the MoT to be completed, usually 90 minutes. I waited 3 hours 30 minutes and was not kept informed of progress despite asking the women serving on the desk. This was disappointing and far from the usual standards over the years.
