Please refer to my survey comments ("Jaguar Surveys") regarding my 1st service visit on 9/4/26, expressing my dissatisfaction with the service visit of 9/4/26. In this survey response, I am responding to the 2nd service visit of 16/4/26 which was arranged to complete the requested service tasks NOT carried out on 9/4/26 - AdBlue refill, air-conditioning refresh, alloy wheel repair. The latter was not completed on this visit and I am still waiting for a response from the service advisor/ sales dept as to a replacement alloy wheel under warranty. To note also, I had requested on both the 1st and 2nd service visits that the car was NOT to be washed (due to expected paintwork repairs). On both occasions, the car was washed!

My last visit with my car repair which was not fixed properly, but now it was perfectly repaired and I am so happy , the car is running well and would like to express my gratitude to Phillip and the whole Team for making this right. I had such a great experience with Russell and the team at JLR Guildford. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient and genuinely supportive. I know I’m not the easiest person when it comes to making decisions, but they never made me feel like a problem. They were always understanding, took their time with me, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They really went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt looked after. What made it even more special was collecting my car on my birthday and being surprised with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Such a thoughtful touch and something I really appreciated. I couldn’t recommend Russell and the team enough. Thank you again for such an amazing experience!

I was booked in for a service on my Discovery 4 and advised that the process would take 3-4 hours from delivery to collection . In the event it took 8 .
I was told that I would get update/progress calls during the day . I got none and 4 calls from me to the service team went unanswered .
On collection I was told that they were busy and understaffed and given to believe that as regrettable as it was nothing could be done . I was furious that my day had been so compromised . 3-4 hours was a reasonable delay in the Slyfield Ind estate but not a whole day .
I had also asked the service team to look at the power steering and identify a knocking noise from the engine . Neither were addressed during the service and a health check report was apparently provided although I have yet to find it and both remain a problem .

I had a very disappointing experience with Group 1 Jaguar Service Centre. I originally took my car in for a windscreen reseal, but immediately afterwards the lane keep assist stopped working—an issue that clearly wasn’t present before. I booked the car back in straight away to have this looked at, only to be told I would need to pay £280 just for them to investigate a problem that arose following their own work. That feels completely unreasonable. What made matters worse was the attitude of the service manager, who came across as disinterested and unhelpful throughout the process. There was no sense of accountability or willingness to resolve the issue fairly. Overall, very poor customer service and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend.

Replaced door seal on offside rear door under warranty. Finally had side running boards fitted which makes getting into a Defender easier for short or younger passengers. Had to laugh or you’d cry when Land Rover locked our key fob inside the car overnight. Did 36 extra miles taking spare key fob to Guildford. Especially as were expecting petrol rationing due to Strait of Hormuz being closed 😂 works happened quickly and efficiently after that. Free coffee in waiting room appeased us. Technician did a sterling job. Thank you
