I was recently invited to attend a driving and lunch event organised for their customers, by Porsche Club Great Britain and Porsche Centre Bournemouth. George at the Porsche Centre and Jac from PCGB did a fantastic job of arranging a scenic and interesting drive route, starting with Coffees at the Porsche Centre and then a 45 minute drive through the Dorset Countryside to Compton Abbas airfield, where we had a lovely lunch at Lore of the Sky restaurant (Guy Ritchie recently acquired). This was a great location to meet and chat to other members, it was also the first day of the Spring Spitfire pleasure rides from the airfield too, so got an air display and some fantastic photo's for memories. Thanks again to George and Jac for the invite, looking forward to the next event soon.

We recently bought a Macan S with the Bournemouth beach, dealing with Cornac Wilton. He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable throughout the process. He followed up when he said he would without being pushy. I had to deal with change of a private registration and Cornac made that process much easier. Also, Cornac really needs a new laptop!!!!

It was ok ! Nothing exceptional
1) Had a recurring issue of the satnav randomly turning off - asked to be looked at but told not able to as 'they are all doing that at the moment' and no fix. Not really the response I was looking for
2) The water drain by the fuel filler cap needed clearing - no one was able to explain how the cost for this was calculated - can't be more than a 2 minute job with an air hose and should just have been done rather than additional work requested at @ £50
3) There is a slight sub text of just feeling 'over charged' on the experience - there was almost disappointment in the technicians voice as he showed me every tyre in the customer video that didn't need replacing - that took over 3 minutes...

Buying a car from Porsche Bournemouth was a really great experience from start to finish. This was our first experience with Porsche. We didn’t feel pressured at all. The service was brilliant. Jack was our sales consultant and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.Vicky, Lisa and Nicki were great in front of house, always polite, pleasant and there to help. All 4 were great ambassadors for Porsche Bournemouth and we will be returning in the future to buy another Porsche from them.

I had my car booked in for some warranty work and Lois was my service contact. I was lent a car, which I very much appreciated, as my car was going to be in for 2 days. Upon picking my car back up and driving home I broke down. I phoned Lois who was very helpful, and the car breaking down was not connected to the work undertaken at the garage. My car ended up, being recovered. Lois arranged a car for me and upon arriving to collect it even made sure there was enough fuel to get me home. I cannot fault the way I was treated and Lois is a credit to your company. She called when she said she would and did everything she said she would. I would rate my experience as exceeding expectation.
