I had been considering part-exchanging my Panamera for some time, and I’m delighted to say that the experience of purchasing my new Cayenne was exceptional from start to finish. As always, the welcome from Lisa at reception was warm, courteous and professional. Matthew Randall Jones, my sales advisor, was equally impressive: open, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. He provided me with all the information I needed to make a fully informed decision and feel completely confident in my purchase. What particularly impressed me was that the focus was on finding the right car for me, rather than simply selling me the most expensive one. The Cayenne was the best fit for my needs, and that approach speaks volumes about the integrity of the team and their commitment to customer satisfaction. It builds trust and gives you confidence that the outcome genuinely matters to them. At handover, Jason, one of the senior managers, took the time to come over and ensure that everything was in order. Of course, it was! I’m grateful to everyone involved in making the experience so seamless, from reception and sales to accounts, the workshop and parts. Every interaction reinforced the same high standard of service and professionalism. Everything during my visit to Porche Bournemouth for the MoT test was excellent. The service team explained the results of the test including comments on any small issues that may need checking on my Porsche Cayenne for the next visit. This was very helpful as I can have the items addressed at my next visit for the vehicle service. The reception team were also excellent looking after me whilst I was waiting.

Had my 992 GTS in for major service and warranty renewal, looked after extremely well by Michael in the service department and the kind front of house team. Was offered a room so I could work from there whilst the work was being completed on my car. great showroom and facilities.
