I would give 6 stars if I could! I had been looking for a particular car for a year, then it popped up on Autotrader [other websites are available]. Within a day I had agreed a deal in principle with Ben Loveridge. On completion day the car looked and sounded fantastic, so I agreed to buy within about 5 minutes and again Ben made the [rather complicated] process as painless as possible. Thanks too to Cormac for his assistance with tracker activation. I would gladly buy a car again from them remotely, which for me is the test.

have been a Porsche customer for over six years now, and I honestly cannot fault the team at Porsche Ferndown. They are always friendly, efficient and willing to go that extra mile. From Lisa on reception to Jade in Service, everyone is just fabulous and has always made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. However, my experience has recently been taken to another level after purchasing my new Porsche. The service has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Ben guided me through the whole process with such enthusiasm and professionalism. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely made the whole experience feel special. I took possession of my beautiful new car today and I am absolutely delighted — not only with the car, but with the exceptional service I received from the entire team. A huge thank you to Ben, Lisa, Jade and everyone at Porsche Ferndown. After more than six years as a customer, you’ve reminded me exactly why I keep coming back. ❤️ Thank you all — one very happy Porsche owner!

I purchased my 718 Cayman from the team at Bournemouth Porsche. As a distance buyer, I thought their service was exceptional with easily-arranged home delivery, simple paperwork and super video shares of the car both during the sale and just prior to delivery. Ben was extremely helpful and Mark who delivered the car was kind enough to spend some time going through the basics on delivery. The car is superb!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Porsche Centre Bournemouth entirely remotely. The order was electronically signed and the full balance paid before I had ever visited the dealership. This is not a case of buyer's remorse. I had a fundamental concern with the vehicle and accordingly exercised my right to cancel the distance sale within the 14-day period. Porsche Centre Bournemouth has refused to accept the cancellation, despite Group 1's own published distance-sale policy and the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. I was left with the distinct impression that protecting the dealership's financial position was taking precedence over respecting my consumer rights. As an existing Porsche customer, I find the whole experience extremely disappointing. You expect a premium-brand dealership to stand behind its published terms and treat its customers fairly. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Porsche Centre Bournemouth.

A wonderful centre with exceptional staff. A special shout out to Lois & Sarah for all their help with my car. The Front of House team are always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My son recently had his car worked on by Alex in the Smart Repair Bay. We were kept up to date with the repair and his car now looks as good as new. As always exceptional service from the whole team. Thank you to all the team.
