My car broke down due to loss of coolant and was recovered to Porsche Centre Bournemouth. Rod was very helpful getting the car booked in. Within a couple of days I had a report on the cause of the issue and quotation from Jade. Jade was very helpful keeping me updated with this repair, as well as the front brake disc and pad replacement which I opted to have done at the same time.

We waited on site whilst an MOT was carried out. On completion of the inspection the car was driven out of the workshop and appeared at the front of the showroom. After a long wait without any news we decided to go and ask whether the car was ready. We were told that the paperwork needed to be produced and was not always done at the time that the car left the workshop. It would be nice if this time lag could be reduced.
