I recently bought my Porsche Taycan and had the pleasure of dealing with James Hitchiner throughout the process. From my initial enquiry right through to the car being delivered yesterday, James was absolutely brilliant. He always responded promptly to any questions I had and kept me fully informed at every stage. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I did not visit, but the delivery drivers attitude was extremely poor. He arrived with a car which I assumed was a courtesy car. I was rudely informed that the car was not to be driven by me under any circumstances. He then stated that he wanted to leave the car locked in my garage and he was taking the key?? When I stated that would not only be extremely inconvenient, but also dangerous in the event of an emergency, he reluctantly left the keys, again with stern instructions it was not to be driven under any circumstances. I found his attitude to be very customer unfriendly and the assumption that he could just leave the car in my garage very disrespectful. I normally have excellent service from the collection drivers, they are fantastic. This particular person was the polar opposite. The communication from the service department was as good as usual, it is a shame the face to face person let your dealership down.

Samba enjoyed her photoshoot with George, and I enjoyed an impromptu interview with students from Bournemouth University to share my experience of Porsche ownership.
