Design fault issue not covered by warranty. OPC price 3 times as expensive as leading independent. Then discover the fault OPC claimed was not even the correct part. Very disappointed in what is normally excellent service.

The booking of our car was completed very well over the phone. On arrival I was asked to wait and have a coffee until the service advisor was came over, again all good. Car work was completed on time. Sadly it seems the car (Dakar 1 of 2500 cars) seems to have been kept outside over night (very wet) and had not been washed. I then waited while it was washed quickly. An apology was given. Kind regards, Duncan

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE A CAYENNE: We have a 5 year old Cayenne and have just been told we need a new engine! £31k bill and HQ are offering to pay 50% leaving us with a £15k bill. Our engine has done 58,000 miles. A porsche technician who looked at the car said, "weve had issues with these, my advice -we buy any car" its 5 years old. This is my second Cayenne with expensive issues! lots online - check out the forums, lots of cases where people are left with a huge bill.....

Service was great but this is the second time this has happened ( drains blocked and car wet inside) which is a ridiculous design feature that should be rectified. I notice it’s a regular complaint about Porsche cars online

Kelly was very professional though out, always communicated what was happening and when the car would be ready, the only minor point was some damage that occurred to a rear tyre and it had to be replaced, which wasn't a problem however this wasn't mentioned until I came to collect the car. After consulting Arron the mechanic we all felt it was best to replace the other side with a new one as well, which was swiftly done and the car was ready later that day. A very pleasant experience overall. Top marks.

I recently had my car in for its MOT and associated rectification work ahead of its annual road test, and I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Rod Winters at Porsche Centre Bournemouth. He took the time to explain the MOT findings in plain English, talked through the necessary remedial work, and kept me fully informed throughout the process. There was no pressure, no surprises — just honest advice and excellent communication. The work was handled efficiently, the turnaround was smooth, and the car was returned exactly as promised.
