I needed to order some parts earlier today and from the speedy call back, super efficient and professional service, I was very impressed. Louise explained the pricing clearly and asked what time next week I would be able to collect. As I was planning to go after work, Louise kindly explained the opening hours and that she would arrange for the parts to be in Reception for me. She also arranged for me to receive a call once the parts arrive to save a wasted trip. Really impressed with Louises Customer service and knowledge, Five Stars!!!!

Excellent while you wait service, with Advisor Rob White efficient, polite and helpful. Car returned to me clean and ready to go. Minor issue with My Porsche App not showing all service items complete solved with a phone call to Rob.

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE A CAYENNE: We have a 5 year old Cayenne and have just been told we need a new engine! £31k bill and HQ are offering to pay 50% leaving us with a £15k bill. Our engine has done 58,000 miles. A porsche technician who looked at the car said, "weve had issues with these, my advice -we buy any car" its 5 years old. This is my second Cayenne with expensive issues! lots online - check out the forums, lots of cases where people are left with a huge bill.....

I visited to have my electric window repaired and have the MOR completed. Originally I was going elsewhere for the MOT but Josh offered to have it all completed at the same time which was hugely helpful. Plus he arranged to have the car cleaned - always a bonus

The service received from Rob White was excellent as usual, Rob has dealt with my husband and myself since the Porsche Centre Portsmouth opened. Always polite with excellent knowledge and puts in a lot off effort to resolve any issues. He has been an asset to Porsche and will be sorely missed and it is hoped we receive the same level of service from his replacement. We wish him all the best in his new venture.

I have had (Sat nav/PCM) software issues with my 2023 model year Taycan GTS on and off since new. Most recently the car was investigated in Dec 25 and a ticket raised with Germany. On a response from Germany it was then booked for 2 days on 29th & 30th January to have the necessary rectification work done. I had previously written to the centre to confirm my disappointment that these issues had persisted for so long and that I hoped that this time it would be finally fixed.. On collection I was not told what work was carried out other than 'software updates'. Upon collection of the car and within 15minutes of starting my drive home the exact same issues occurred and continue to do so with no improvement whatsoever. The car is booked in once again on 17th February but I must admit that I have no confidence that the problem will be fixed. As a result my Porsche ownership experience has been tarnished and my brand loyalty severely tested as a result.
