Also, the delivery sheet stated that i had received a video taken by the technician as he walked around the car. This again was not done and i only received the video after i complained and after the car had been returned to me. Clearly this would make me wonder whether anything was actually done including the service . I certainly wouldn't be inclined to buy a car, service a car or recommend this garage , going forward.
