Excellent customer service every time I’ve taken my Macan GTS in. The whole team are always welcoming and friendly, but Amelia North in particular consistently goes above and beyond to make sure both my car and I are well looked after — and she always makes a fuss of my dog too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Booked in with Nicole in the Service Department and found the service to be exemplary and not like I have experienced with two other more local dealerships The car was collected and returned to me despite living some distance from the dealership and also it being for a fairly minor issue - rates quoted for servicing very reasonable and discounted for Porsche Owners club membership as well! Would highly recommend

I had Lori as a sales person, very attentive, professional and i couldn't ask for more. I had a brief introduction into the workings of the car but that was due to me having to rush and attend meetings. However, i have been offered an appointment to go through the workings in detail once i have used the car, this is something i will plan with Lori. Lori also called a few times since to check all is in order.
