I contacted the dealership three times by telephone, my calls were not returned; I then contacted the Sales Advisor (by email 21/11) who handled my purchase, he forwarded my complaint to Customer Care, their response to me arrived 25/11, the request was for evidence of damage. I have since retuned to the detailers and supplied a video displaying the polish swirls 26/11; since that date I have had no further response. No acknowledgement, no concern, no apology. The reason for two stars and not one is because I’m happy with the works requested and carried out but I don’t expect my vehicle to return to me in a condition that is less than I delivered, customer care?
Not had vehicle back many days or driven it much for various reasons but I'm sure that everything will be fine.
