How to improve; please DO NO send an on-line log in request; In our case it makes incorrect statements and seem unaware that there is a service plan that applies. I use old fashioned technology and call to confirm I will attend.
Susan gave us a warm welcome at 8:15am & straightaway my car was attended to. Within an hour, it was serviced, washed and ready to go! Amazing service, with a special mention for Susan, as a credit to the company. Many thanks!
I was offered a complimentary wash and vac which I declined,as the last time my car was in, it came back in a dirtier condition than when I left it.
Upon collection Susan, went through the work that had been carried out and walked me to my car.

Thank you for cleaning the car, but the inside mats etc were still wet when we left.
We were required to wait 20 to to take the keys and get the car. I'm sure the lovely ladies is reception could have done that. The engineer that we waited for, only told me what I already knew from the MoT and service.
And although the lighting problem was pointed out at the onset by me, there was no mention anywhere on the paper work or from the mechanic that it had been investigated.
Over all, a bit disappointing.
