Went out of way to be helpful
Staff at Guildford are always helpful but not impressed with appointments which I believe are arranged elsewhere.
All staff very helpful and polite.
Recall issues all addressed as discussed beforehand.
Kept updated on all issues and contacted promptly when car was ready to be collected
The issue I have, was with the booking process. Normally this process has been convenient (phoning the dealership 1-2 weeks before a short, waiting appontment). But this time when I phoned, the person I spoke to didn't seem to know about the annual 'safety checks' that a GR Yaris needs (and I had to tell him the price)... but the biggest issues was that I needed to wait 6 weeks to get a 1 hour appointment slot. I phoned in mid-November as my 'service' was due around the end of the month, but the earliest appointment he could find was the 21st December... seems crazy and very unlike the usual Toyota service.
