After dropping off my car and handing over my keys, I received my MOT report with an attached video 3hrs later.
I was called just before 2pm on the day that my car was ready for pick up.
Overall it was a pretty nice experience. I have to say: Although I picked the option of the car to be washed afterwards while booking online, it wasn’t but overall it was a good experience.
Also, must say a big thank to Jo again for his persistent support about car’s knowledge and scope of Services provided by Toyota to me, a still new car owner. He regards customers as friends and always goes above and beyond professionally.
