I have visited this dealership previously on several occasions to have my Toyota serviced. I opted for the service while you wait offer. The car was ready, serviced and cleaned when promised. The staff were courteous and friendly. I will definitely return when my next service is due.

Poor administrative team in Maidstone, after getting in touch in October to say they had the incorrect information for me and was using a different person's name, house number and email, I asked them to change and confirm this had been done. However, when I dropped my car off in Dec, at the Notts dealership, for it's Service and MOT they also had the incorrect information on their system for me, two months after requesting it be changed and Group 1, data protection adviser, confirming this had been done! If I've got the incorrect information on my details, where and who is seeing my details! Not good.

When Matt called the day before my service he addressed me as Mrs Sharp and I'd been in touch with Andrew.Kerr@group1auto.co.uk and Farheen.ahmad@group1auto.co.uk, Data Protection Advisers, at Group 1, Maidstone to correct my details back in October as your Service and MOT confirmation booking email had come through as addressed to Mrs Sharp. When I turned up for the Services & MOT on 30th Dec, Blake was excellent, but I noted that the paperwork he had still showed the incorrect name, house number and email address for me, despite me sending the correct information by email to Andrew And Farheen. It's concerning that the correct information hadn't been passed onto the dealership and clearly hadn't been updated on their system! When I came to collect the car and tried to use your Payment plan service to split the costs (as I don't have a service plan in place with you) I tried several times but it wouldn't complete the process, Blake said this had happened to a colleague recently. I therefore paid for the work in full. I also paid a charge of £89.35 after my first service, under a 2yr service plan, but the plan, as far as I can see, was never adjusted, to take this payment into account! Overall the administration side of dealing with Toyota and Emac have been very disappointing.

It is extremely irritating to get and email and a text message asking me to save everyone's time and to book in online ahead of the appointment time, only to try to do so and be told that it is impossible to book in on line for an MOT. Thus wasting MY time. Please don't.
The MOT outcome was disappointing but was very well dealt with by Blake.

Generally good service, phoned days before to warn about recalls and time so I could drop the car off early and were genuinely concerned for me waiting around but I told of my plans so they were happy to continue.
Only negatives were the reception and waiting round for people mainly on drop off and then on pick up when I’d been messaged to say my car was ready no one was available
