My overall experience was only let down by the impersonal external call centre system that they use when I was booking my car in a couple of weeks earlier.
Unfortunately, a few days after I had booked my car in for service, my washer bottle stopped working. I thought I would let them know out of courtesy to give the garage a 'heads up' about the issue prior to me bringing my car in. Unfortunately the call centre agent was 'adamant' that I would Have to re-book my car in for a second time later in the month as it would have to be 'investigated' by a completely different technician?? I explained it was probably a fuse or something, but he didn't seem interested.
I felt this was crazy! And left me feeling extremely frustrated?
In the end, when I took my car in on the morning of my service I mentioned the washer bottle issue.
The fuse was replaced as part of the service without any problem.

I said it could be a fuse and asked if it could be looked at when it came in for the service.
