Took three weeks to rectify a fault with an airbag so the first Mot could be completed. Communication extremely poor until I went in person to speak to the service manager who did eventually get the car completed three weeks though. Very poor service

Group 1 VW service dept is a v busy place. I met the gent Bailey Taylor the service advisor , very sensible and very good customer care. Did a very good job! Thank you!

Be sure to inspect your paint/bodywork. This dealership does not care about your car/van being damaged while it’s with them. I have had to have my vehicle repaired a few times following visits to this dealership. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use this dealer otherwise I would take it elsewhere.

Poor, can't drop a key off before 8am, so right in middle of rush hour, as no key deposit box. No good if you start early, also they said they would ring when ready to collect and we're going to wash vehicle, neither done. Very disappointing first time experience.

Had car serviced. The complimentary car wash took a long time and didn't come out right but beyond that all was well. Still give 5 stars.

Terrible customer service and awful car sales effort, felt more like an argument than a conversation when I expressed my interest in multiple cars types.

Very good service, courtesy taxi into Colchester was very helpful, investigation of door problem was professional and identified the problem caused by a body work repair Graham was very helpful

Booked in a van as the hire vehicle while mine was being fixed and got a vw up terrible service this happened twice while dealing with this fault
