Echoing other reviews on here regarding communication. I didn’t receive a copy of the health report, or a video. I requested by email a copy of the service history and work which was performed but I didn’t hear back. I rang up and couldn’t get through several times. When I got through to the service booking department they told me they would ask for this to be sent. I didn’t hear back. Asking for a copy of the work performed and heath check is basic stuff, and should be done as standard. Replying to emails shouldn’t be this hard. Edit 01/01/26 Reducing this to one star as I still have not received my service history, healthy check or any correspondence.

Very Poor communication and service left the garage after a service straight to the tyre shop for two new tyres and the fitter need to hammer the rims of the hubs!! Quality service?

I visited the Geely dealership on this site. The sales person was very helpful, allowed me to have a good look around the car, answered my questions and even took the trouble to print a brochure for me.

The worst customer service from the van check in and out desk. The just do not care

Outstanding Warranty Service – What a Team!I recently booked my VW California Beach into VW Commercial Vans in Peterborough for some warranty repair work, and I could not be happier with the experience. Dealing with warranty claims can sometimes be stressful, but this visit was completely effortless.A special mention must go to the team of young ladies in the servicing department and to the technicians who resolved and completed the works.They went absolutely above and beyond to look after me. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and just genuinely nice people. What an amazing team—they are truly setting the standard of what customer service should be. If I could give a 10-star review of this team, I would!The communication was excellent, the repairs were completed to a top-tier standard, and the vehicle was returned in perfect condition. Disappointing experience. Brought the van in for a passenger airbag recall, and booked a service for whilst it was there. I was kept waiting for my van, after no text (as promised) was sent to say it was done. 20 minutes of being on hold, I couldn't get through to a single department. Walked over to see the van was done, and no one had told me. Turns out it'd magically gained 3 warning lights (handed over with 0) during the service. Can't help but feel it's a bit convenient given I was then asked if I wanted to book it in with them to address. Then, just to top it off, they'd opened the sliding door and got it jammed slightly open. I went back in to ask someone to help, who did, but said "I don't know why they even needed to open this door". It's a self converted campervan, so assuming they just wanted to poke around. Will definitely just stick to trusty, local garages for services going forward. I thought I'd give main dealer a go due to being there for a recall, but never again. Update: I also called back on my way home (I was in a rush as I live an hour from the centre so didn't have time to address this before leaving), and finally got through by pretending to book another service (they actually answer that line, apparently) and explained the warning lights issue. They told me someone would call back in the next 2 hours. Well, that was Friday at 4PM. They're open all day Saturday, and it's Tuesday at 1PM at the time of writing this. No call...

Fantastic service and even better team. They went over and above to help us and delivered on what we thought would not be possible. Highly recommend this business. Special mention to Simon and Mike who made the whole experience extra special.

Hopeless, after being rebooked due to a delay on parts, arrived on site this morning after checking yesterday we were all on target for this morning, no one on reception, not a single sign to indicate where service is.. We were told they may not have the parts. Unbelievable, the incompetence is astounding at this place.

Updating my previous review. Since then these folk have taken action to sort all my immediate concerns and re-assured me that I shouldn't hesitate to contact them again if I have further concerns. I have knocked off one star as, in my opinion, they should be taking the lead in volunteering information. After some while now of driving the van it does, on the whole, seem to be a good example of the marque.
