What has certainly made me very nervous above and beyond the costs are the fact the reason i came to this dealership was due to Ben who i could trust and was reasonable with pricing, after his departure i was extended that courtesy with Gavin.
However i have learned that Gavin has resigned and that also Dave is also leaving. Trust is built on Honesty, Integrity and Transperancy and im not sure this dealership has that anymore.
I may not be coming back here.
