Staff member was very helpful and friendly. As ever your prices are incredibly high but that's main dealers for you. I wish you hadn't stopped the customer collection and drop offs you used to do. Especially for me being disabled it's disappointing that this has been stopped by group 1

Tiguan annual service and MOT. Faults reported were brakes and warning light - 'Travel Assist unavailable'. I have always found the reception and service agents excellent (over 10+ years and multiple cars) and this visit was no exception except for one serious issue. The warning light was diagnosed as requiring a new steering wheel at an estimated cost of c£700. I queried this and our agent later reduced the cost by £250. I am grateful for his help in this. The work has yet to be done as there wasn't a steering wheel in stock. My issue which I term 'serious' is that I later googled the fault on my car. I found it very disappointing that this fault is well known on my model of Tiguan and is a manufacturing issue with the sensors in the steering wheel. I find it dishonest of the garage not to own up to this and provide a more equitable offer for repair. I have been a customer of this dealership for many years and expect to be treated with respect and honesty. In the past this has been the case and I have left commensurate revues. Sadly I may well have to reconsider my opinion especially when the time comes to change the car. All other aspects of the service were up to my high expectations which makes this issue all the more frustrating. I look forward to your reply.

The service team was great and the service was completed within a hour an half. I was not happy with the fact in took an hour and half to wash my car even with the service team staff going out on two separate occasions to tell them I was waiting.

Not satisfied. Service work was undertaken and carried out before the complimentary Health Check was carried out . The Health Check carried out by a separate Technician - declared the car had excessive corrosion in the rear framework area - making the car virtually scrap, After I complained at being requested to pay for the servicing work carried out - it was reduced - but in my opinion - I should not have been asked to pay anything - given the circumstances. There was a fundamental lack of communication within the engineering Department. The procedure should be - carry out the Health inspection before the service by sending samesamepersonitemsrepair

The car was meant to be washed when I spoken to the two guys at the car wash there was extremely rude and told me that they washed the car. The car hadn’t been washed and it was all mud on the side of it. They were very rude.
